Thank you. 🙂 New players can feel pressured to compromise their sense of safety and emotional comfort for the sake of the game and immersion, and it's not acceptable. Personal safety and comfort should always be top priority at LARP. I will never say anything to the contrary. 👍🙂
I'm hopefully going to be larping for the first time this year. I likely won't be alone, but this advice is really useful nonetheless. Thanks for the videos
Unless I am Heracles... guess I better start working out then and hope Covid ends. Anyway lovely video also can you maybe show an example of multible outfits your characters might have?
So glad I stumbled upon your channel! Great advice and thank you so much! I would like to ask your opinion about older players. I would have loved to larp in my 20's but there just wasn't anyone in my area doing it. I think I would enjoy it just as much now even though I'm not as fast as I was back then. Do larpers welcome older people? In my mid 40's but would still love to do this! Thanks so much! Subscribing now. 💚
Of course larpers accept older people, the 40s and 50s lot are the ones who pretty much founded this hobby! So many people I love and admire are larpers over 40. I am so happy to help, and I'm glad you love the channel. Please let me know if there's a particular topic you want to know more about ☺️
@@OurAdventuringParty Thank you for responding so quickly! Yes, would love to begin doing this. After I watch all your videos, I will see if I have any questions left. Thank you again so much!💚
If that works for you, great! I have a larp caterer friend who advises multiple hot meals a day to help with energy. It's advice that has served me pretty well 😉
@@OurAdventuringParty i have many snacks with good energy during the day qnd on Saturday super we eat a home made meal qnd it is one one the best feeling ever of that warmth and love running over you
I have a coolbox to keep chilled things in, with ice packs. I was always taught from my Girl Guides leaders that when camping, food needs to be in sealed containers or suspended above the floor to avoid rodents getting into it.
Tons of respect for your comment of “your safety is more important than my immersion” I agree with it 100% 🤙🏻

I want to accelerate larping into modern connectivity larping. Anyone interested in discussing this concept.
Just for us in the back, can you explain what you mean? I don't quite understand. 🙂
