Easter Egg Nr. 25: A Death Foretold
Earlier in the game, when Batman locates the source of the sniper shot in the Church, if you wait before jumping out of the bell tower, Joker will tell Batman what is going to happen at the end of the game.
This kind of foreshadowing could suggest a more sinister plan from the Joker.

1:47 “Now get out of there before you ruin everything” does that mean that Joker was “rooting” for Batman and if Batman died in this situation it would “ruin” how joker wanted it to turn out?
Of course. He doesn't expect him to die, at least, not yet, and if he does then all his plans (figuratively) go out the window. That's why he needs Batman to (literally) go out the window.
As for what he meant by "rooting" it could be that he's "rooting" for Bruce to be the one to meet his end once the night's over, or he could be "rooting" for his own death, inasmuch as Bats will kill him. The Joker's defining trait is inconsistency, but his desire to either kill Batman (not all at once, mind) or have him kill him, and thus prove that they're ultimately at the same level, have been rather consistent.
It may have been his plan this whole time for Batman to survive no matter what kind of trouble Joker threw at him. In fact, during the final boss fight with Clayface, if you use detective mode on Joker after you get attacked more than once, his heart rate will beat rapidly, suggesting that he wants Batman to make it out alive
Really satisfying to hear genuine fear in his voice!

This actually happened to me the first time I played the game. I didn’t know what to do to escape and I was like “Huh?”
'Whos body will it be?" is Joker predicting the body that dies at the end isn't really him!? That would be an amazing plot twist!

This means either Joker knew that he was going to die, or if Joker was planning to fake his death because rumor has it that he is still alive.
Joker spoiled the end of the game pretty much. and was Harley Quinn controlling the camera? I think so.

Potentially, although Joker's temperament always changes.
I think he is rooting for Batman because he’s been trying to push Bats over the edge since they met. If Batman kills then Joker’s whole worldview is validated.

What a lot of people don’t realize is that when “he” first appears on screen and you zoom in closely you can see Clayface’s eyes

He'd been doing the voice for about 20 years & I think he just felt it was time to move on. As far as him coming back, on one hand, I never say never, but in the other hand, I'm not holding my breath.

Actually if you read the comics it turns out that Joker was planning on himself dying from the get go. After the events of Arkham City his death triggers an automated plan that throws Gotham into chaos as he sets an excessive bounty on his own remains, and even goes as far as to set an elaborate goose chase back to Arkham Asylum that culminates in Joker delivering a final goodbye speech in the hopes of burying Batman in his old Arkham cell. The plot fails however and Joker's remains are cremated

Possibly. The vial looked just as full after batman had been knocked out. Lately, I've also been pondering the possibility that freeze was always working with joker and lied when he said that the two vials was "all he could manufacture". I find it odd that Joker has had this disease since right after the events of Arkham Asylum. But when Batman got poisoned, it only took a few hours for him to almost die.

@ArcherDrake287:Take into account two things:Most of the villains that appear in the courthouse should be locked up(Bane,Penguin) or dead (Ratcatcher). This Joker might also be Clayface masquerading as Joker,still playing the performance of a lifetime. Also,notice that Tyger air support is still around,when the choppers disappear after Arkham City. This might be a continuation of events that conspired BEFORE the game.

i waited to see what would happen and i heard him talk about one of em dying. I thought it was really cool.
when a was walking around i heard a convict say he seen every villain but scarecrow and you can fin his mask on top of the bridge that leads into the steel mill
I honestly think the prequel is a way to lure us away but still have fun with a Batman game and after surprisingly come out with a sequel, hell maybe even the prequel will give us a huge hint.

It does, this channel has a video about it. Like when you first fight the Joker it shows the exact same thing: him with no skeletal system
In the end of the game, when beat the game on the hard mode, you can hear Harley Quinn singing a lullaby, you can even hear the child very, very shortly when you listen closely, that could mean the pregnancy tests in Harley Quinns Revenge were made older, and before she got eventually pregnant.
He knew he was going to die.

Anyone notice how this video of Joker plays at the beginning of Harley Quinn's revenge but it is a different tape? The one in this video was a slightly healthier sick Joker, the one at the beginning of HQ's Revenge looks like the Clayface Joker
The cure switching hands is just a continuity problem. If you look, you would notice that the bottle had just as much cure as before the explosion.
This dialogue is from The Killing Joke. In the beginning of the HQ Batman talks to a fake joker and he says the same

Looks like the one thing that can be confused for Man-Bat. It's rather large compared to what a bird could be seen as from that distance, but it's a theory that many commentators and easter egg seekers have.

I've been reading Batman comics for around 20 years, and I can tell you, The Joker has died plenty of times in different comics story arcs, specially in one shot graphic novels. In some instances he's brought back, but he has definitely died for good in more than one occasion. In the "The Dark Knight Returns" He breaks his own neck after being crippled by Batman, "JLA: The Nail" Batman kills the Joker on live television by snapping his neck on the roof of Arkham, and there are plenty more.
AND THATS THE WAY THE JOKER IS COMING BACK IN THE ARKHAM KNIGHT GAME!! :D

i found out in some parts of the arkham city map around the steel mill you can hear joker laughing in the distance

For me, the best thing about the bell tower was the implicit reference to the 1989 movie.
theres a few easter eggs pointing out that the joker might not be dead. Like during the final battle if you go in to detective mode he has no bones, making it look like its clayface not joker

I think that joker took a small dose of the cure when it fell at the end of the final battle and faked his death and than scare crow in the next game will distract batman while rial al ghoul (who is not dead because he kinda faked it) gives his blood to Harley quin so mister freeze can cure the almost dead joker. The joker will than tell arkhem or gothem he's alive than batman will than attack and so does the joker come back.
