That was the young version of Kayle & Morgana from back when they were The Winged Protectors, that's why Morgana is still holding her half of the Spellfire Blade and if you noticed Old Demacia in the background was made of wood instead of the massive petricite stoned Great City we presently know it for.
Not young vertion now morgana still drop her sword.
After rewatching the cinematic, I just realized something else that is just mind-blowing.
When Tryndamere is fighting Lamb & Wolf, that's all happening spiritually/in his mind. And he was REALLY getting up and fighting/killing all of the enemies that took him down at the start in the opening Freljord scene of the cinematic.
Just magnificent Riot. Absolute perfection.
Actually he was fighting them both, his body fighting them physically and him fighting lamb and wolf spiritually, You can tell because even after he overcame death he still had wolf's marks on him which is pretty neat.

The whole theme is "StillHere", referencing Kindred who is DeathIncarnate. Whether it's the Past (Morgana &Kayle), Present (Tryndamere), and Future (OldMan Yasuo). Death is "Still Here" no matter whattime it is. I adore how the cinematic shows us the past with Kayle & Morganna vs Aatrox), the Present with Trynn fighting Lamb & Wolf (Trynn literally fighting against Death and refusing to die), and the Future with Old Man Yasuo still protecting people and being a bad ass.
Kindred is in all three scenes.
Lamb outline In the center of the flames after morgana transcends, in the woods after yasuo uses his tornado (Wolf's eyes in forest above him in the distance), and ofc fighting trynd.
The arrow that hits yasuold comes from lamb, cause he closed his eyes and accepted it.
This is happening in the past. There’s a few ways to tell. First the description of the video gives it away as it’s kindred talking.
Second that’s an older version of Demacia, you can tell because it’s still being barricaded with wood and stuff. This is before Kayle and morgana have a falling out.
Speaking of which morgana still has her sword in this. Kayle in current lore has both of her mother’s swords, where as in this cinematic each of the sisters were given 1.
They’re fighting a weaker older version of Aatrox, likely he just doesent have a strong enough host.
The Yasuo cinematic is a possible future where Ionia gets invaded again. The arrow he splits in half pays off fully later when he lets the kindred arrow hit him. He could have split it in half but he’s accepting death here as an old man. I think Yasuo might be the first champion to have a confirmed death. Permanent death. Gone forever.
The tryndamere part is happening in the present. Who knows what EXACTLY is happening though freljordians always fight eachother.
Because kindred is death, while he IS technically fighting kindred, he’s also fighting off the dudes attacking him. He’s close to death so he sees kindred instead but tryndamere R too op so he manages to fend kindred off until Ashe comes to rescue him, and because Ashe is rescuing him he’s not dying anymore so kindred backs off.
Likely not the first or last time Tryndamere will see kindred either. I think the cinematic is hinting that every time he uses his Darkin blood magic to stay alive he’s always in a fight against death

Great summary, but one small "uhm, actually" for you:
The guys facing old man Yasuo are not noxian, they are ionian. After the first invasion of Ionia, bandits such as the Brotherhood of Navori sprouted all over the islands. We know that at least a second invasion is coming, but in a much closer future than this scene. They are probably criminals of some short, masked like spirits from the Spirit Blossom Festival (which has to do with death too, probably a conscious choice from the screenwriters).
Also, Yasuo sees the arrows before we do. you can see him look at the sky, and then decide that he has to do it: finish the bandit leader to save the villagers. And so, he faces death, he throws the tornado, and then two eyes (Wolf, the death that comes for those who try to fend it) appear in the shadows. Yasuo accepts his time has come, and so instead of splitting arrows and saving his life, he takes them all but just after ulting the leader. We don't get to see him ult, but he does take the pose to do so before the camera changes and the arrows fall on us, one of them becoming Lamb's arrow itself.
@@iarooz2189 Not sure yasuo ults the leader ... he saw the arrows coming, decided to kill the gang leader, saw wolf's eyes, so he closed his eyes and accepted his fate, so kindered rewards him with her arrow
@@seifsaid512 Normally it would be like that, Wolf kills the ones who run away and Kindred those who accept peaceful death... But we see, before, that even while Tryndamere is fighting Wolf, Kindred also fires arrows, so it would make sense that Lamb fires always, and Wolf is the one who either participates or doesn't.
In fact, in the skin for old man Yasuo that they have released a teaser for, it is Wolf who takes Yasuo during the back animation. I think, ultimately, Yasuo has accepted that he is about to die, but will still try to finish that fight before, and that's why it's a mix of both Kindred halves.
Anyway it is, they have released a statement where they explain that, ultimately, that is not a scene from the future: Just a vision Yasuo has of who he might become.

I still feel like Tryndamere was actually at risk of death here.
It looks like Kindred showed up well before Trynda Ulted, at the beginning of the trailer when he was laying on the ground, and which ever clan that was that attacked him was really putting in work to get rid of him, and with the overall tone of death, it just feels to me that we were actually close to witnessing his death until Ashe saved him.
I might be wrong but its cause Kindred is some kind of "god of death" so i feel like every time trynda ults he has to "fight Kindred", Kindred also kills Yassuo there you can he his/her not sure of the gender before you can see the arrow aiming at Yassuo so it signals Yassuo is accepting his death. But i might be wrong

Someone else said that the scene was an old, drunk, hermit Yasuo who took up his sword again one final time to protect his people. Some kind of possible future that Kindred showed to Yasuo.
Don't know if that's true or not, but I like it.

Yeah, I played a few games here and there. But it was mostly the videos and you guys where I got most of the knowledge from.
Bro by the way that was Morgana before she embraces her darkin powers or dark magic. That's why Kayle gives her the "I am disappointed" look when she does her dark binding on Aatrox. I think that's when Kayle takes morgana's sword permanently and keeps it so she has 2 swords now. The swords are their mom's btw..
