if you keep your avocado's, at any stage of ripeness, in a zip lock bag with lemons, they both stay fresh for weeks, yes they do!

Yay! Sausages in bread for dinner! That's our regular Monday night dinner at home :) We enjoy the V2 sausages, but also enjoy the Vegie Delights ones too. Always with fried onion, and also some nutritional yeast on top (with tomato sauce of course). 😋

Hey Jennelle! Thanks so much for joining me :) I use the Flora plant cream most of the time, it's in the dairy cream section in Woolworths here in Aus! I also love the Oatly oat cream which is in the plant based section!
Thanks Amanda, next time I am in town (Lismore) I will see if I can get it. I have used the Oatly oat cream before, but I find it quite expensive, and it is only a small carton.
