    Thank you for the video. I can’t believe you come to here. I really missed this couple owner here. I have been here about 4 years ago and stayed like a week to do wwoof like volunteer program. They were very kind. I do really had good experiences here. The food that they made and ambiance of this small village in the valley was fabulous. I loved the way of simple life and local Sancho applying so far. They made a jam, powder or ice cream with it. Thank you for this vlog once again.

    If I recall the leaves of this bush/tree are used as well. FYI: Cousin to Sichuan Pepper (same genus) the key seasoning to Mapo Dōfu.

    I've never seen whole sansho peppercorns for sale in California. I thought I could grind my own peppercorns table side. Do they sell whole peppercorns in Japan?

    I wonder why san sho is so expensive in Japan. I had it in japan, then I hunt down where to buy it, I got a bag, but 16 usd for 25g.
