Hello. This was an awesome video. Just wondering is the mdf that you used laser safe? I have a c02 laser and would like to try cutting letters out.

I know it's been a while since you posted this. First of all I love it and want to make my niece something custom for her porch. I've been having a heck of a time cutting lettes out of MDF with my CNC and it seemed to go so smoothly for you.
A short video or even a reply here on tips and tricks that show the details of that process would be so helpful.
Beat bit, who makes it, depth per pass, feed rate, bridges...
I've had problems with stuff moving once it gets cut out, especially if I get aggressive with depth of cut or feed rate.
What is the secret to those smooth edges???
