as a Japanese viewer: Thank you for uploading the video at every 2am Comments with Spoilers ↓ 5:54 The “AM”panel implies“one panel can have 1 (or more) alphabets”, it is why I like this puzzle. 10:49 also translated version is HYPER-UNIQUE. (for viewers with interest) the original version is: The man can combine 2 blocks to make a word has a meaning (it must be read from top to bottom, or left to right), and to escape from the labyrinth. Words can be made with multiple possibilities, for example: block of 前 can be used as 午前(AM) or 寸前(just before), but it disappears if 前 is used once. So we should combine all blocks as unique pairs, one of answer is 集団(group).
I see, in that last puzzle it appears that the kanji particle that was changed to the troll number actually has a box around it. "Box with a certain symbol in it" is a particle itself but because it's right against the edges you can't really see it and assume it's the particle without the box. Neat.
6:28 the fact that they made a puzzle supposed to be troll and ended having a perfectly rational and simple answer by accident is quite funny lol found the word "dram" quite quick before anything else, it also stands for a "Dynamic Random Access Memory" AND refers to some gaming tricks in SMO speedrunning comunity (insert Snow Dram here)
spoilers for the mouse puzzle: I think the joke is the wording of the instructions. You place the green pipe on the right (side of the screen) to help the mouse reach the cheese
I found an alternate solution to the last one, completely missing the "real" trick in the process. 33 and 44 are palindromes on their own, so I figure you could use them to make the blank 1x1 walls disappear. Push the 33 to the left, then the 44 in between the 21 and 98. Solved all the others, though, even if I had to pause for the letters-and-arrows one.
I thought the same thing, just slightly different route: 44 goes down left, eliminating first white, then "98" goes left, then 33 goes left, you go all around to be below and push it up, and then to the left, eliminating the second white. Then you just finish the puzzle making the 141.
For the turtle puzzle you could flip to the right to slide past spikes and then flip to up. The rules only prohibit flipping gravity mid-air and nothing against doing it while sliding on the ground and after that flip to left, walk down and flip to right
i love that these are all like tiny video games with one level that the designer didn't bother making into video games i had an iffy alternate solution to the turtle maze that relies on standing sideways on spikes, which should always be allowed imo, but yours is definitely more satisfying
Rhino puzzle: you have to break the black block. Will edit every time i find a solution before you Edit: turtle puzzle flip to the top then to the other side, then half off the block flip up the the box kn the middle and lastly flip to the side(sign is a better solution, darn) Panel maze: dr(drive is better) Slime wise: put a block on the bottom right so the slime can drop to it and go all the way around Palindrome labyrinth: lol, 1981
Creator of the palindrome labyrinth puzzle here, here are some comments about the puzzle from the maker himself (Spoilers ahead, beware) Yea the main difficulty of making the translated version was to make sure each pair of valid compound words in the original puzzle corresponds to 2 numbers that sum to a palindrome and vice verse (originally it was summing to a prime but I realised that was too computationally hard) for maximum accuracy of the translation Here are the pairs for those who are curious: 大切 88 人気 131 空手 111 空気 101 人手 141 地下 141 集団 2002 XD 午前 77 "寸"前 131 (of course you gotta include the red herring) Also fun fact the puzzle sheet was made in powerpoint and I had to find a new font just to make the 1s hide in the border qwq So yeah overall I found the puzzle making process quite fun and I think this is the most feasible translation of the puzzle since no english words/letters/part of words have boxes around them (and using words/part of words kinda sucks)
I like these one shot puzzle games a lot. They are pretty easy to follow and make for great 15 to 20 minute viewing experiences to watch while eating a meal or during a homework break.
An easier solution to the maze puzzle is moving the box the apple is on. It specified you can't move boxes with a number on it, implying you can move the floor tiles, but never made a rule against moving the apple or the bore tiles. So, just move the apple in front of the bore. Easy
NOOOOO. That turtle solution was not the intended solution. You said there was no reason for it being 3D, but there is. Hint: count how far down the wall on the left side goes compared to the spike wall.
Doesn't the pipe puzzle say that the green pipe can't be left hanging and has to be firmly placed on two solid tiles? I at least interpret the examples as examples of what you *can't* do
Turtle puzzle os just too ambiguous for this format. It would need to be in a game engine to work because otherwise you could just come up with almost any solution then justify it to yourself afterwards

icely is like DGR but for puzzles
why is that kinda accurate though
@@SalmonellaGuy None of us know

You don't have to push them into each other so they definitely don't work like that. The rules say adjacent blocks disappear.
@@vonn158Why wouldn't it work?

Thanks, the boar one made me laugh out loud when I realized the solution
Same here, except I put the box right next to the one
All 3 of those spikes are indeed in the background (if compared to the other spikes)
No they are perfectly in the focus center so you can't see the sides
okay your solution to the slime puzzle makes more sense, and this may be lost in translation, but a 3x3 square is also a square
in previous installments, the jp text uses the counter "masu," which unambiguously refers to a single unit cell of a grid. I assume it's the same here
You can tell it's not the solution if there are multiple solutions
yep, it's that again
It means a singular block on the grid, not any size square
@@DeathnoteBB Right but in games about thinking outside the box, using different interpretations of square should be a valid thought at least, no?
I fucking love CBA being used as a timer wtf 😂

No
[spoilers below]
my solution for the gravity flipping turtle involved the turtle flipping to the floating block by standing on the edge
Yeah, it's troll-y and actually plausible. Definitely a better solution.
P. S. Sorry if I used some words wrong
That's my solution, too. I considered flipping to the background but that would only use 2 flips to walk to the end.
that was mine but i like icey's much better
@@Ka_muuyou can waste 2 flips by flipping twice on the same spot
I thought the turtle will saitxh to a top down perspective thingy and walk on the pinkinsh wall.
Pressed Cattle Advanced
Addition maze can be solved in a 'shorter' way (same strategy but the bore would move fewer tiles total)
9:04 you can also put it below and not to the left of that square, then you'd be able to stick to it from the rules
i love that these are all like tiny video games with one level that the designer didn't bother making into video games
i had an iffy alternate solution to the turtle maze that relies on standing sideways on spikes, which should always be allowed imo, but yours is definitely more satisfying
there is a platform at the bottom, if you look closely in the first puzzle
7:45 the slime is so wise that he must test for intelligence
in a decent number of drawing programs, you can hold shift to make the lines you draw straight
Rhino puzzle: you have to break the black block. Will edit every time i find a solution before you

The funny thing about the last puzzlr is you don't even need to do the "puzzle" it doesn't block you, they blocks just won't disappear

大切 88
人気 131
空手 111
空気 101
人手 141
地下 141
集団 2002 XD
午前 77
"寸"前 131 (of course you gotta include the red herring)
Also fun fact the puzzle sheet was made in powerpoint and I had to find a new font just to make the 1s hide in the border qwq
So yeah overall I found the puzzle making process quite fun and I think this is the most feasible translation of the puzzle since no english words/letters/part of words have boxes around them (and using words/part of words kinda sucks)
man i wish these were playable videogames
Okay with my limited kanji knowledge that block one is so cool and is well translated
Glad you liked it!
Yes! More of these please!!!

Easy
it's just a translation issue, the original says 箱 which is like an actual box
For the pink arrows puzzle, I've collected letters D, R, E, E and created a word DEER from them 😅
I just made the word RED. The rules seemed intentionally vague on whether you could reorder the letters so I assumed that was the trick.
I love these so much
yay more t-rolls
NOOOOO. That turtle solution was not the intended solution.
You said there was no reason for it being 3D, but there is.
Hint: count how far down the wall on the left side goes compared to the spike wall.
The hint is just the solution essentially because I don’t want it not getting got again
@@Maker0824I didn't understand a single thing from that hint could rephrase it
2:43 actually 1 + 500 + 500 + 1 = 1002
how?
@@evnnxi 1 + 500 =501 + 500 = 1001 + 1 = 1002

@@evnnxi it wouldn't, but he got it wrong, that's all I'm pointing out
@@mathematicskid you don't have to point out something wrong in something that's already wrong
For proper lines if you are doing it in paint press shift while using the line tool
spoiler for boar number maze puzzle
The text even says " wall = box *or closed door* " so that IS the intended solution
7:24 Alternate non-DREE solution:
Right arrow directly below the starting arrow.
Spell the word AM. :D

Doesn't the pipe puzzle say that the green pipe can't be left hanging and has to be firmly placed on two solid tiles? I at least interpret the examples as examples of what you *can't* do
Just looking at the examples it doesn't have to be on 2 blocks just directly on top of at least one
no, it just has to be supported by _something_

Alternate solution to the panel maze: put a right arrow directly below the start, go straight towards AM, you have spelled the word "AM", you win.
