Thanks Venom. I have been looking for somebody to get me started on a heavy attack build! I have also enjoyed your series on unpopular set builds. Keep up the good work. 😎
Deadly aim and thaumaturge will increase damage of HA on lightning staff. The splash damage comes from the single target damage, so increasing single target damage to main target also increases splash damage. Biting aura will only increase the splash damage only. Deadly aim increases both by the nature of HA on lightning staff.
@@rizzlybear204 depends, biting aura would increase the aoe splash damage still, so it would be decent for secondary targets. The only point is that deadly aim increases the damage on the main target and the damage on the main target is sent in splash damage to nearby targets. Personally, I'm enjoying a HA necro. The rapid rot does more for HA than increased shock damage on sorc. On my necro, I have deadly, thaumaturge, weapons expert, and firing finesse. With necro you can control aoe off balance with scythe, increasing HA damage another 70%. It you time your burst, exploiter could replace anything but weapon expert.

Thank you for watching your video very well. I have a question. Is this build capable of solo pve? Can you clear the dungeon by yourself or the world boss without the ward skill? Is there any problem in recovering health with only the surge skill?
If you were doing full solo I would slot something that can give a bit more resistances. One of the things someone else pointed out was the bound ageis skill would be better than inner light. I was using inner light for the 7% max mag since we already have major prophecy (bound aegis gives 8% max mag, 3% spell dmg becz it's a sorc skill, and minor resolve). Crit Surge is very powerful and can almost keep you alive by itself. A few years ago, my first time completing vet maelstrom was on a sorc and the only heal I had was crit surge (I did slot the twilight matriarch just in case I needed a spammable heal).
Excellent video. You might want to swap Knight Slayer for Noble Duellist. It scales up fantastically well against higher health mobs, which is where you need it. 8K oblivion damage every heavy attack on boss fights is way better than anything else.
The easy sorc build from another youtuber is similar to this build I like how you went into details and linked outside resources to help us do stuff then just copy and pasting your build 😉 👍
Easysorc build weak bc i used it, so i can compare other stuff, currently i used storm master ( yes its medium) instead noble, works fine, u can complete any solo arenas, dungeons, worldbosses etc.

Awesome video. Just wondering your thoughts on empower change to only effect fully charge heavy attacks. Seems like a massive nerf if that means the whole channel won’t be buffed.
What I would do to try and get more damage out of it now, is first get rid of the ring. Empower was the main reason I used it, although the slayer is still nice. I'd instead move all my buffs/DOTs/heals to the back bar, get a infused weapon dmg enchant on back bar. Then slot as many sorcerer/fighter guild abilities on the front bar to build up more dmg. Also swap to a dark elf to get more max stam so the sustain is a bit better. Keep inner light on front bar so you get more max mag, and proc it every 10 seconds so you can at least get empower most of the time.

With the change to the empower buff (only affects the last tick of your heavy attack now) it is not nearly as important to use the oakensoul ring, I only used it to keep 100% uptime but it doesn't affect as much of the build anymore. The only thing I'd look at changing with this setup is the empower chains. You already get empower from the molten armaments, so you would be wasting that buff (unless you're using the chains for dmg). Bloodthirsty and Infused are pretty much equal in dps, I personally just prefer infused because it's easier to kill adds. Bloodthirsty is slightly better dps against bosses, but the adds health are so low that infused allows me to slaughter them much easier while having nearly the same dps on bosses.
@@VENOMSURGE hi Venom. Thank you for taking the time to reply. The tooltip on Molton Armaments days empower gives HA 80 not 80%. Chain is 80%..I can't see the Mages Guild skills DPS worth it? Also does the 80% apply to the last 10th second as the tooltip indicates it's for the whole 10 seconds?
It's interesting that molten armaments doesn't say the percentage, I don't know if that was just over-looked or if it's just 80. I think they missed that, and it's only 80% (either way probably won't stack together because it's a named buff). And sorry I should've clarified, you get empower from one of the passives from the mages guild when using any skill. If you were using a class that doesn't have sorcery/brutality I'd say use entropy so you get a weak DoT, sorcery/brutality, and empower with one skill. Since you already get those buffs, it's not needed. If you go the mages guild route you could use any skill, even inner light. Only sucky thing is the empower only lasts for 10 seconds whereas most of the DoTs are 20 seconds.
Empower also now specifically says "fully-charged heavy attacks against monsters" which means it only affects the final tick of the lightning staff, and not against players. Fire staves would benefit the most, but they aren't AOE. If you can fit multiple heavy attacks within the 10 seconds, each final tick will be enhanced. It isn't like crystal weapon where it is consumed once you heavy attack.
Thinking to make heavy attack magsorc and take dark elf race for that dmg. Does heavy attack count as chanelling/cast ability? I mean high elf would give me survivability or dark elf fire resist would be better?
Without testing I don't know for sure. From the research I've just done it seems like they were a few years ago, although that could have changed with the amount of updates ZOS does. That being said, you also want to pay attention to if the set/buff says specifically abilities or skills. The heavy attack definitely is not a channeled skill, but could possibly be an ability. To take it a step further, you could vamp the character and go dark elf to balance out the flame damage, then get that extra dmg from frenzy as well. As far as survivability, I'd prefer high elf just because its an overall dmg mitigation, although with the hybrid setups dark elf would probably be better off.
bloodthirsty is very close to infused overall dps I just prefer having the flat rate across the entire fight rather than getting strong near the end, up to you though! Medium is preferred, however neither of these sets were medium, I had the choice of going light or heavy. These 2 sets were the best performers based on the tests I ran (I didn't test every set as some had much lower damage stats for heavies), although I was able to throw on at least one medium with the monster set. It does help with penetration and getting more of the crits up though. Both of the sets were lacking in crit chance so going 5 light helps with that, as well as the penetration since I was going solo.
Hi venom Have you done any videos of magden as desperately need help on getting high dps and also not dying Currently running Leeching Plate, hexos ward, oakensoul ring and one piece slimecrawl but still not good enough any advice would be great please
I'll add it to the list of challenges. It's actually great timing because I just started working on making a magden (focusing on frost skills) on the live server. I'll take a look at it :)
As far as advice goes, it depends on if you're using this for PVE or PVP. What I tend to do for dps who can solo content is focus the sets as if you're just a normal dps. so instead of using sets that will help you survive, use sets that will boost your stats (preferably not procs). When you boost your stats like normal, this will also affect skills that heal (which is why preferably not procs as those don't boost your stats as much). Then slot an HoT, vigor for burst heal and minor resolve, and if you need more resists then also add your class major resolve skill. That alone should be able to get you through most tough PVE content in the game.
I saw you tested knight slayer. I like the set, but it sadly just doesn't perform well enough. Did you check out the upcoming sets as well? I thought some are also heavy at focused.
I'm thinking about trying to make some sort of oblivion build sometime, sounds like a fun idea to me! Usually I try not to use the newer sets as much, just because they tend to change much more often than the older sets. Plus if I use older sets, and someone wants to make the build, it's already available for them to farm/buy to make the build rather than waiting for the next update to come out :)
Especially now that the scythe is guaranteed off balance on the first hit. I've been really enjoying that change (I know its been out for a while now but I hated having those stacks with how it first came out)
Hey, might be worth using 1 piece Domihaus for extra stam and mag and take another 1k off your max mag and move it to your stam pool for better overall sustain and survivability on vet content. Infallible aether may also perform better as you won't always be in a melee range to heavy attack especially when under pressure. Try destro ulti to keep shock damage, better crits and it also gets a 2 second duration buff from equipping a lightning staff. A good video but not enjoying the nerfs to undaunted infiltrator, pet damage and mines. A non oakensoul build would probably include both pets combined with daedric prey for more attacking pressure.
initially I started out as a mag build, but with this I'd also change the race to dark elf since I use stam quite often. Infallible would help with the melee range restriction however it did actually perform weaker than these 2 combined. I was also saddened to see how much they nerfed all the other heavy attack sets. Now that they've also changed the Empower buff to only effect fully-charged heavy attacks, it may not be as worth it to run the ring on this build. I need to do some testing but I believe now the empower will only increase the damage of the last dmg tick.
@@VENOMSURGE Try running Khajit for the extra 12% crit damage and healing bonus. This paired with the CP passive for extra crit damage and high crit damage should result in higher damage ticks from lightning staff heavies. Zos have killed heavy attack damage a lot this past year. I could easily parse 75k+ last year, with bulk of that from heavy attacks
That would help for when it crits, but thats also its weakness with the sets. Since the sets don't give a good amount of damage stats, I was "low on crit" (49-55% isnt bad) so a lot of people tend to go with high elf/dark elf/orc when your crit is lower. the backstabber passive would also push it further, but unless you only play in groups its better to use one of the other dmg increasing CP because all the enemies would face you. definitely good callout though! This could get more optimized if you play in a group.
@@VENOMSURGE I still feel lightning staff heavies crit more often than people thing, one of the benefits of the multiple tick. Hmm, crit chance mundus, slotting inner light on the front bar for passive as well as casting mines etc with a precise lightning staff, all divine will probably push that as high as possible. Then it's down to the monster set to either add a little more crit or you go for something which compliments the overall build. Khajit with the cp passive is awesome as it buffs both damage and healing. I'll play around with this once the update goes live on console.
Someone else mentioned in a different comment that bound aegis would work better than inner light (if you're still using the ring). Since bound aegis would give you 3% more spell dmg from a sorcerer passive, and it gives around 8% max mag. So you should be able to push a little further with that if you already have prophecy and empower. I'd still use inner light if you're not using the ring just because you can also use it every 10 secs for the empower, passively get prophecy, and get about 7% max mag.
try switching out noble duelist for storm master from tempest island, i like trying out different combos myself and after making my sergeants staff, chest and jewelry i fiddled about with different body sets to see what was best (for me) for parsing and for content, noble duelist was about 4k behind infallible aether which in turn was 3-4k behind arms of relequen which again was 4-5k behind storm master, im not a min maxer whatsoever and tbh iv only started doing dummy parses since my much luvd heavy atk builds got some well overdue buffing, relequen is great for parsing on trial dummy as its 1 target but it drops off in content that being said storm master still outperformed relequen on the dummy and is even stronger in content thanks to that aoe splash damage from the destro passive and shock staff in general, cheers for the video its appreciated
Storm is only decent on a trial dummy and in content if you have fully opt trial group as your pen suffers bad.... phase nobile n sergants on a 3 mill unbuffed dummy then switch noble for storm and you will get a true understanding champ
For sure, if you really want to ensure you get it proc'd. Between the wall of elements, tormentor, and my heavy attacks its enough lightning damage for me. Definitely helps to have more sources of it though! :)
I believe they zos'd it to where aoe dots do almost no chance of proccing status effects...so while there is a passive in the weap skill line, a few hundred percent of almost nothing is...almost nothing XD shock glyph xould def help.
Ok, 0% base chance with lt/hvy att, and 1% base chance from wall. Obviously charged trait can help, and destro passive, but even 400% of 1% is...4% XD. The glyph is 20% chance, and if infused, can proc every 2 1/2 sec, making it easy to have good uptime
I have not, only because the setup I used was already using the oakensoul ring for the empower buff. If you were to swap the rings, it's very important you get empower from somewhere else. After the change it gives you 80% more damage against monsters with your heavy attacks. You want to make sure whatever source it comes from can have as much uptime as possible. Other than that though, pale order ring would probably be healing for some crazy amounts :)
The build is of course free to change up to how you want to play. The main difference with that is two handers don't get a passive bonus to all heavy attacks. Instead they get the bonus that spreads the damage to 3 other targets, and if you did do a heavy attack the next direct attack gets a 10% bonus.
Unless ZOS changed that too, I'd advise for different CPs and Sets: Try Deadly Aim and Master at Arms alongside Backstabber/Fighting Finesse and Weapons Expert. Also try Infallible Mage + Undauted Unweaver (which procs of your crystal weapons) alongside your Monster-Piece and Oakensoul. Should improve your HA-Damage. At least the CPs should. And you would'nt have to be within melee range... You can also slot both Pets for more passive damage and remove Mage-Light. Greetings :)
First off, this is during the week 4 PTS so the only changes since then is they actually increased the amount of damage the second proc of crystal weapon does. As far as the sets, I did try out infallible mage, as well as the undaunted unweaver/infiltrator and they actually under-preformed sergeants mail and Noble Duelist. Yes you do have the factor that you have to be in melee range, however if you do any solo content or are in a group, you are likely to get within melee range at least once every 15 seconds. Sadly they nerfed every set involving light/heavy attacks, which pushed the undaunted unweaver/infiltrator much further down the line as far as damage from my testing. That being said, if you don't want the proc based on melee damage, they are great substitutes :)
It would definitely be easier as the DK has access to the empower so you wouldn't need the oakensoul ring. Although with the recent nerf of empower, it won't effect the build as much since it will only increase the damage of the last tick of your heavy attack. So if your using a fire/ice it would have a better output, where as shock/resto would only be increased on the final hit.
This was actually shown in the current PTS. So unless they make further major changes, this is obtainable. Keeping empower up is the most important part of the build doing a large amount of damage to monsters. The 2 best sources of empower would either be using a mage's guild ability every 10 seconds, or being a DK and using the molten armaments.
Nightblades have a lot of perks that will help produce more damage (such as the new changes to the concealed weapon and twisting path). The only real difference is the skill that the sorcs have: crystal weapon. You can instead use the imbue weapon skill from the Psijic line (if you have the DLC) which can replace the crystal weapon. Other wise you'd want to get more buffs/debuffs so you can do more damage with the heavy attack. Empower has also changed so it only affects the final hit of your heavy attack, so the oakensoul ring is not as important in the build now, you can just use any mage's guild skill to get empower for 10 seconds.
You can, but I'd recommend you use the imbue weapon skill from the Psijic order as well. Part of what makes the build hit hard is having the crystal weapon proc with your heavy attack. It will be slightly less damage now however, as the recent nerf of empower only effects the final hit of your heavy attack. So having the ring equipped is not as big of a deal anymore
Re-uploaded this? I remember seeing calculated stats last time, then you tested to see if the stats in-game match your calculations. Which is why I liked the guide to begin with. I love seeing calculated numbers, instead of just showing. Yea your definitely the same guy, pretty sure! lol oh you say that in the video! well keep the numbers next time please, i like that about you. Was trying to re-refrence the original video, for it had other sets you tested, I cant find it :(
You might be thinking of a different video, possibly the one where I reached about 12.6k spell damage. I haven't done a heavy attack build on my channel before. Glad you enjoyed the video though! :)
@@VENOMSURGE bro you say you reuploaded it in this very video lol.. Im not going to find that mark out the whole video, but you did. Original had a notepad list of all sets you tested and even though the raw numbers suggested a different set. Duelist and sergeant won. I guess i could be tripping, but I dont think so! lol. Even same boat footage.
Sorry for the confusion, when I was talking about the reuploading, I was having recording problems and the footage somehow deleted all of my voice so I had to redo it. As far as the note pad stuff, the first notes I had was me looking at the sets on the UESP website trying to see what would be best. On the PTS everything was different so I had to create a second set of notes for what the set numbers actually were. I hope this kind of clears things up! :)
I do my builds on the public test servers for ESO, so they give you everything you need to make your build. That way I can do many tests without wasting my in-game time/money :)
I think it is more damage this patch to use the bound aegis over one of either of the pets this patch so might be worth testing to see if that does more dps! also if you're using oakensoul the you definitely do not need inner light, definitely swap that for bound aegis as it provides more stats overall than inner light and additional buffs than inner light gives
I know the ring gives major prophecy, I was using inner light because as I said in the video, the max mag percentage from the passives was a higher dps output than using a fighter's guild/sorcerer ability. that being said, bound aegis is a good callout since that gives the 3% sorcerer spell dmg passive, and it has an extra 8% mag (i think). So that would be better. Although now that empower has changed, the ring is not as important.
@@VENOMSURGE yeah, so my recommendation for this same build but higher DPS would be (if you wanna keep oakensoul) swap inner light for bound aegis and swap the pet for liquid lightning / razor caltrops!
-rep for me is not "100k in ONE Heavy Attack!" and one monster u can hit 8k another u hit 40k and is not single target dmg for make 100k aoe i need only one skill and few monsters ...
This build sadly got affected pretty badly in the update 35. This is due to the changes to the Oaken Soul ring, how heavy attack damage is scaled, and the change to empower.
The oakensoul ring definitely is not required for the setup. The only reason I used it was because the Empower buff has been added to it which made the skills a lot less intensive on the user. This setup can work on a dragonknight as well since the change to Molten Armaments now gives empower, but as a sorcerer your only option is through sets or the mage's guild line. With how the simple rotation is setup, I didn't want to add another skill to lessen the amount of heavy attacks you can land, as well as managing all the buffs on a normal setup. Definitely do-able, just less output of heavy attacks :)
@@VENOMSURGE it’s all good he just telling you he’s broke and can’t buy high isle without telling you he is broke and can’t buy high isle. Cool video bro 😎
There is mainly one change that will really effect this build in u35, which is the empower buff. They changed it so now it only effects the final hit of your heavy attack. I was only using the oakensoul ring to keep empower up 100% of the time, but now it is not as important so I'd run both bars and slot more skills that passively increase your damage. You can also use a mages guild ability every 10 seconds so you can still get empower as well.
I did not test it, however I did not think it would be as viable for the uptime with the stats of this build. I'd be able to keep it up for about 9 seconds, with a 22 second cooldown. I prefer to have as much up-time as possible, and that made it a lot easier to run the build. One of the things that a lot of people like about heavy attack builds is the accessibility to using it. It's not as rotation heavy as other dps builds. While that wouldn't add anything to the rotation itself, it adds a window of time where you want to do as much dmg as possible within 9 seconds, which adds more stress to the user.
That may be a good option, it won't give as much raw damage to your heavies compared to the sets I used. That being said, good uptime, and most importantly the 2-4 pieces are actually good stats. You may be able to get more crit chance than I had so your DPS might go up not from increasing the heavy damage but from crit-ing more often.
@@VENOMSURGE Yes, I will try that. A combo of Sergants mail with Storm Master. Gives a more ranged option and also avoid having to trigger e.g. a stamina ability like Unweaver. Still annoying that the mages guild based empowerment is only 10 secs.
Yeah I wish they buffed it to 20 seconds so it matches with the skills. Then entropy would be a good option so you can get sorcery and empower with one skill, rather than hitting a useless skill like inner light every 10 seconds
I know it's not the right dummy, but I'm not going all the way to kill, mainly just showing off how to use the build. With the combat statistics I also see where I was averaging so I don't need to rely on the overall average which includes the drop off of dps.
Guys, do not do crap builds like this lol you’ll just get laughed at if you go into content with this. He also gave an example in normal dungeons. If your new, it’s best to not use oakensoul and learn a rotation if you plan on doing end game.
@@rafadzidek3512 Sorry for the the late reply Rafał, I had a busy day. I think this was filmed when the empower gave a 80% buff to every tick of a Channeled HA. Now Empower only 80% to fully charged HA. I think that's where the disparity between your number and the video number is. Even at 30k DPS you're still out DPSing most PUG groups i get placed in when I run pledges on my tank.
As @John Doe said, because of the Empower buff your overall heavy attack won't be doing as much, only the final tick. This video was made just before they made that change. Some things I'd do to enhance the damage further is swap to a dark elf, I originally wasn't planning on using so many stam skills, and that would help a lot with sustain. Because empower is not as viable, I'd take the ring off and use both bars so you can slot more fighter guild/sorcerer skills on your front bar and move DOTs/buffs/heals to back bar. You can also keep the inner light since it gives much more max mag, and proc it every 10 seconds to gain empower through the mages guild skill line :)
There are still a few sets that work to help heavy attack damage in PVP, but for the most part anything involving heavy attack damage was nerfed to only work in PVE. for example, Empower now only increases you heavy attack damage against monsters, same with the Noble Duelist set. Skills like Crystal Weapon and the Psijic line weapon imbuing skills still will work in PVP however.
@Class Clown Shorts, Currently I'm working on a brawler type of build that has been very fun so far. The transmuting and leveling of the characters has taken a lot longer than I hoped. I already have a character leveled for that build, just need to work on getting the gear at least purple and somewhat decent traits. :)
@Cleatus Pickles, yeah sadly ZOS really pushed to make sure the excessive heavy attack damage isn't a thing anymore in PVP. To be fair, with a great setup you can one-shot some pretty tanky people, but it also takes a lot of skill and practice to do it (just like NB bombing). There is a balance there, although I think they went a bit too far in the amount of nerfing so it doesn't work at all in PVP.
Thanks Venom. I have been looking for somebody to get me started on a heavy attack build! I have also enjoyed your series on unpopular set builds. Keep up the good work. 😎

@@VENOMSURGE I think it's an over sight but who knows with ZoS.
Thank you again for your time.
@@VENOMSURGE ty for such complex responce
Good work, tanx 😀
Quick question:
- wouldnt bloodthirtsy jewelry give higher over dps?
- Does med armor not boost even stronger wep/spel dmg + crit hits?
bloodthirsty is very close to infused overall dps I just prefer having the flat rate across the entire fight rather than getting strong near the end, up to you though!
@@VENOMSURGE awesome response imho
Hi venom
Have you done any videos of magden as desperately need help on getting high dps and also not dying
Currently running Leeching Plate, hexos ward, oakensoul ring and one piece slimecrawl but still not good enough any advice would be great please
Thank you for advise im looking forward to watching your future videos :)
In pvp what about noble and the crafted set that increases nirnhoned weapon trait? Also is pen important on an inferno staff heavy attack build in pvp
Note that some of the sets and buffs dont work in pvp anymore. (Against monsters means not enemy players)
Can't wait to use the undauntes sets again on my magcro gona be nice with the offbalance scyth :)
Especially now that the scythe is guaranteed off balance on the first hit. I've been really enjoying that change (I know its been out for a while now but I hated having those stacks with how it first came out)
@@VENOMSURGE sucks that they don't work in pvp anymore though😁, a jack of all trades set, master of none before😆
Hey, might be worth using 1 piece Domihaus for extra stam and mag and take another 1k off your max mag and move it to your stam pool for better overall sustain and survivability on vet content.
Use a shock glyph instead of flame. Off balance does wonders for heavy attacks...
And lt/hvy attacks had a status effect change a while back as well, i believe. Lemme do some research.
@@dangrimes6200 so change flame glyph to shock glyph? I'm new and trying make this build.
Thank you for the video
My pleasure, hope you enjoyed! :)
Have you tried using the ring of Pale Order with this build?
I have not, only because the setup I used was already using the oakensoul ring for the empower buff. If you were to swap the rings, it's very important you get empower from somewhere else. After the change it gives you 80% more damage against monsters with your heavy attacks. You want to make sure whatever source it comes from can have as much uptime as possible. Other than that though, pale order ring would probably be healing for some crazy amounts :)
Can i use a two handed sword instead ?
The build is of course free to change up to how you want to play. The main difference with that is two handers don't get a passive bonus to all heavy attacks. Instead they get the bonus that spreads the damage to 3 other targets, and if you did do a heavy attack the next direct attack gets a 10% bonus.
Unless ZOS changed that too, I'd advise for different CPs and Sets:
Try Deadly Aim and Master at Arms alongside Backstabber/Fighting Finesse and Weapons Expert.
I feel like this would be a monster setup for a DK
It would definitely be easier as the DK has access to the empower so you wouldn't need the oakensoul ring. Although with the recent nerf of empower, it won't effect the build as much since it will only increase the damage of the last tick of your heavy attack. So if your using a fire/ice it would have a better output, where as shock/resto would only be increased on the final hit.
Its dead build next patch any ideas how to keep the dmg without oaken?
This was actually shown in the current PTS. So unless they make further major changes, this is obtainable. Keeping empower up is the most important part of the build doing a large amount of damage to monsters. The 2 best sources of empower would either be using a mage's guild ability every 10 seconds, or being a DK and using the molten armaments.
@@VENOMSURGE MA is just +80 damage not 80% now Empowering Chains I'm going for
How easy will this work with a nightblade?
Nightblades have a lot of perks that will help produce more damage (such as the new changes to the concealed weapon and twisting path). The only real difference is the skill that the sorcs have: crystal weapon. You can instead use the imbue weapon skill from the Psijic line (if you have the DLC) which can replace the crystal weapon. Other wise you'd want to get more buffs/debuffs so you can do more damage with the heavy attack. Empower has also changed so it only affects the final hit of your heavy attack, so the oakensoul ring is not as important in the build now, you can just use any mage's guild skill to get empower for 10 seconds.
you can adapt this build to the Templar class?
You can, but I'd recommend you use the imbue weapon skill from the Psijic order as well. Part of what makes the build hit hard is having the crystal weapon proc with your heavy attack. It will be slightly less damage now however, as the recent nerf of empower only effects the final hit of your heavy attack. So having the ring equipped is not as big of a deal anymore
Can you Make an Ultimate generation Dps build Venom Surge, maybe on a DK

i wish you showed some gameplay to start
How long take u to earn that amount of gold😮

This build sadly got affected pretty badly in the update 35. This is due to the changes to the Oaken Soul ring, how heavy attack damage is scaled, and the change to empower.
Most importantly he using the Oaksoul ring! 😂😂😂😂

How did this fare with u35? Sounds like a fun build to try!
@@VENOMSURGE thanks for the response, I'll try it out!
Nice deeps
And did you check our roaring opportunist?
I did not test it, however I did not think it would be as viable for the uptime with the stats of this build. I'd be able to keep it up for about 9 seconds, with a 22 second cooldown. I prefer to have as much up-time as possible, and that made it a lot easier to run the build. One of the things that a lot of people like about heavy attack builds is the accessibility to using it. It's not as rotation heavy as other dps builds. While that wouldn't add anything to the rotation itself, it adds a window of time where you want to do as much dmg as possible within 9 seconds, which adds more stress to the user.
@@VENOMSURGE Did you try out Storm Master? I am considering it.
You're testing on the wrong dummy btw, people only care about parses on the 30 mil dummy, if you're PS EU I can give you some tips in game
I know it's not the right dummy, but I'm not going all the way to kill, mainly just showing off how to use the build. With the combat statistics I also see where I was averaging so I don't need to rely on the overall average which includes the drop off of dps.
