I have nothing but respect and appreciation for mark; The beauty of mark is his genuine care for the people he works with. Never once did he TRY to upsell me on a product, and always just gave me what he NEW worked. His history in window washing and being a window washer really shows in how he knows what you really need vs what's just fancy marketing. Thanks for everything mark keep up the great work.
Hi Mark. Your opening picture is in my neck of the woods too. Michigan Thumb area. Looking forward to see your videos. Previous ones were good with different topics. Thanks again
Hey, Mark, great idea. You have so much to share I always appreciate bouncing ideas off you. I am proud to say that I was there in the beginning of the store and even wrangled the honour of being your first client.
One of the things I’ve learned over the years is when we slow down in the winter what are you do I started installing permanent Holiday lights and Allie Rex great complement to the window cleaning business
nice series mark one thing that i hardly ever hear with windows is the mindset its all tools and gear but mentality is a big part of it , i think its losing its value in this age of magic tools but im old school
I don’t think it’s just about the newer fancy tools, it’s the modern mindset in general. How can I make the best money with the least effort. That’s why some folk who buy water fed equipment fail miserably, they don’t want to take the time to learn the methods, they just want to wave the pole around in the air like a magic wand and voila, the windows are clean!
Hey Mark,
One of the things I like about you is you’re so authentic there’s no hype it’s just real information. Great job on the video man!

Thanks, John. Don't forget you also helped me set up my first backpack sprayer for water-fed work. So that goes back even more years. ;-)
