LOVE IT! I had something similar happen to me. I walked down the bar down the street from me. I was drinking my beer and this big guy sat right next to me. We are just talking for about ten minutes about random stuff. It was a little bit embarrassing that I did not tell him my name. After I told him, he said "Nice to meet you. I am Preston."
I then instantly recognized him. It was Preston Lacey from Jackass.
We talked for about 20 more minutes before I had to go because I had to work in the morning. Just like Mike, Preston Lacey's a humble guy, living his life like the rest of us.
The humbleness of the man, and the reaction of the presenter. What a great combo! This was beautiful!
I've been a LP fan for over 20 years, I absolutely love the person and the artist Mike Shinoda, this is one of my favorite things in the whole world! 😂💙 I love this lady's reaction, I absolutely adore it!
She's like "No wait, I'M the nobody..."
Never seen the full clip before - thank you! What a great guy, what an amazing moment.
Mike shinoda always been a cool dude since i idolized him back when i’m still just a kid
And now they're performing the official song for Worlds HAHAHAHAHAHA
Glad I came across this. It was very funny and informative. Happy that he is doing well, and I hope the other band members are also doing well.
This actually proves Mike is underrated
Dunno, man. Not a fan of the band, but I know who he is.
He's awfully underrated, but came here to correct it.
@@XtZBane WHEN THEY COME FOR ME
Came back to say this is my first time seeing the whole interview and this is absolutely hilarious. He is far more humble than i could've ever imagined
People were laughing at Ovilee for not recognizing Mike, turns out that these people didn't as well. LMAO
Even i just know he kinda familiar
When she bows down, Mike bows down even lower. Absolute legend
Co-founder, producer and primary composer of diamond certified Grammy awarded band, yet his first words were introducing the interviewer's dance and him being a Valorant fan.
Michael Kenji Shinoda, a class of his own.
A butterfly flopped here and we had the master piece today
She is fun ngl..
and he is really humble..
rather than funny, its wholesome interaction..
3 years later, Mike write a song for Worlds and performed while the crown rises.
Mike shinoda is a walking legend. So awesome. Love her reaction
She has become legendary now after this segment
"Mike Shinoda is humble and doesn’t care about being in the spotlight because, even before Linkin Park was formed, he was already making music and working hard on solo projects. What I mean is that Shinoda did everything out of love for music, out of love for the band, and not just for the money. That’s why he’s humble and not arrogant, even though Linkin Park is a global powerhouse."
That was so hilarious! I've seen it before, but I can't ever not take the chance to see it again. Mike is so natural and perfect here. Also, what's funny is that after he left the stage, when she finally moves from the center, you can see him and Anna behind her taking photos or video. Can't be sure if he's pointing his camera at her or not, but almost looks like it. Just epic!
Mike Shinoda feels so chill and cool
She recovered and looked adorable
🎶He doesn't need his name up in lights
He just wants to be heard whether it's the beat or the mic🎶
approximately 3.5 weeks ago this video was placed randomly on my for you page. then i realized that the from zero tour starts and i get a ticket in hamburg. Mike and Emily published heavy is the crown for the first time for the arcane2 premiere and now iam back here haha :D thats my circle of LinkinPark. I love this band so much and this interview is god level funny.
Her co hosts had no idea either!! 🤣
and he was being so respectful, saying he's familiar with twitch🤦♂
Both these people seem so sweet and awesome. If they were just random.
You do not meet higher level legend than that! It is not possible.
It is incredible how humble Mike is in any and every even this awkward situation.
Damn let your kids listen and watch Linkin Park! They should know legends!
A moment of silence for the woman who only called the mike "the guy who looks slick"...and he didn't even start rapping yet 🤦♂️
Her reaction to him is me lmao
Wow, he grew famous, can't believe he played for worlds theme song.
gotta thank ovilee and the 2 other hosts for kickstarting his popularity and making Riot aware of him
@@ClaustroPasta Do you think ovilee feels better about the interview now that Mike is a literal star in the League universe as well?
@@ClaustroPasta Had nothing to do with ovilee making riot aware of him. Mike has actual friends that work for right. They worked on arcane. That is the entire reason he was at that event. His friends knew was an artist and like animation so they invited to come check out what they had been working on. His friendship with those people is how LP and riot ended up doing a worlds anthem together. Ovilee had nothing to do with it.
@@Maibuwolfconsidering that Linkin Park have been one of the biggest names in rock/metal for over 20 years, I definitely think their comment is a joke
@@dagehaHD What content are you talking about?
Mike is literally one of the best musicians that has ever lived lol
Oh my.. thats was so hillarious.. thats a freakin living legend and he just introduced himself and his band.. 🤣🤣🤣
'This guy's looks slick'...
*that girl at the beginning "Frosk" is the one who single handedly killed G4TV's reboot lol*
Mike Shinoda over there doing his best Tony Hawk impression!
Protect Ovilee by any cost, she seems like such a light honestly. She just with no shame just did random absurd dancing in front of a guy who did LINKIN PARK with no shame before she even realized. I only saw a clip of this when it first came out but finally seeing the full thing, man I just love this. Such a fun video.
Mike is one of my biggest influents, I'd let the work speak for itself
Somehow this is even funnier now
now hoping she'll interview him again for the 2024 worlds ^^
This is just awesome now that Linkin Park started back up and the second song they release is a colab with League for Worlds.
Mike so humble and gentle. Great guy.
DBZ videos were all over RUclips with Linkin Park music in the background and they were like the most legendary music group on earth yet this man has managed to be so humble
I would've said "Thank you for helping us endure our teen and young adult phases"
