Last year, I had severe hair fall starting monsoon and it continued for 3-4 months which impacted my hair growth. Prerna di... You are like an angel to me.😇 I have been a member of this channel for almost three years now. On weekends I avoid going out only because I use to try any of your home remedies 😅. My hair and skin always respond very well to your remedies.❤
From June, 2023 I had joined a Govt. school and have to travel 35-35 km daily on bus.
I had waist length hair. But due to dirt and pollution suddenly I faced a lot of hair fall from the month of July. At last I was left with no option and chopped my hair to shoulder length. Almost 40% density was lost.
Still I had faith in you and your remedies and never panicked.
I started taking curry leaves+Fenugreek powder on empty stomach with lukewarm water. Then some dry fruits and nuts.
Prepared a remedial oil (coconut oil and castor oil in 2:1 ratio, curry leaves, Hibiscus flowers & leaves, crushed fenugreek, nigella, chopped onion on it⏩ cooked everything on low flame⏩stored in a airtight glass jar). With this I added vitamin E oil and rosemary oil. Mixed everything and applied overnight for twice a week.
On Sunday I try any of your anti hair fall masks.
In one month my hair fall has decreased from approx 200 strands a day to 4-5 strands a day. I can see the baby hairs making a crown on my head 😂.

I can't thank you enough! I successfully stopped my hair fall by adding various strategies. Firstly, I put great efforts on stress reduction through practices like regular exercise and deep breathing exercises. Secondly, I took proactive measures to protect my hair from pollution by using a gentle anti hair fall shampoo by litttleextra cooconion and avoiding excessive heat styling. Moreover, I pampered my scalp with natural littleextra's oil massage twice a week to nourish and revitalize my hair follicles. Lastly, I made conscious dietary choices, focusing on protein-rich foods such as tofu and lentils, which played a significant role in promoting healthy hair growth and reducing hair fall.

Thank u prerna di for sharing your story. I got mild covid in Aug 2022 and soon after my mom suffered heart attack. Everything combined my hair started to fall like leaves in autumn after 2 months of entire Episode. I panicked a lot and then accidentally watched your you tube channel. Started preparing onion oil and all along with Homeopathic medicine to combat the problem. In an year hair fall has reduced considerably bt not completely stopped. I have started to grow baby hairs bt since hair fall is still happening, i sometimes do panic. I have lost quite a volume of my hair bt listening you has given me hope that i am not the only one and this problem will pass away slowly. All i have to do is keep faith and not panick.

My hair fall control methods that worked are massage your scalp with oil 2 times a week, eat amla daily, dont use hot styling tools on hair, use mild shampoo only, drink more water everyday, ie. stay hydrated, eat more of green veggies. BTW I use littleextraa cocoonion anti hair fall oil and shampoo as its mild and natural and made with coconut and onion that provide required nutrition to hair.

I am watching your vedios from 1/2 months. Tried Biotin laddu. Not only me but my mother and brother are also taking natural supplement of laddu.
Yesterday I tried hair mask of rice + flax seeds and result was surprise. Hairfall was negligible. My sister was jealous of my hair SHINE and said she also wants to try the same. ( before that tried rice + aloevera, but made some mistake while preparing so it didnt worked ).
The length of my hair is similar to yours. Took porosity test 2 /3 times and came to conclusion that its mixed or low porosity.
I was using LIVON since 7th standard as my hair were thick and couldn't manage. Now the thickness reduced to 1/4th but length went on increasing ( used to trim). Later , one of my colleague told to stop using livon n start using conditioner to get rid of frizz.
Currently I m also going through the same phase like yours hairfall and greying as well.
I also prepared onion oil and amla - bringa oil for hair growth n controlling hairfall. Greying seems to be arrested as only 3-4 strands are grey in different parts of scalp.
Without oiling and choti its difficult to step out in commute in over-crowded Mumbai suburbs -Navi Mumbai by local trains /bus. So i always make choti.
U told in one of vedio that hair wash to b done thrice a week but due to hairfall - frizz issue i mostly do it once a week.
Sukhne me bhi time lagta hai n geele baal bandh diye just clutcher bhi to bhi headache hone lagta hai. Yesterday also that hairmask application, after 10 mins headache started . I beared that reminding my mind of your inspiring words that results would be best . Yes, the results were REALLY best. I forgot to take pictures. Applied oil in morning n choti daal k office.

Now I understand why my mom used to boil Fenugreek seeds in oil along with hibiscus flower and she used to massage that oil on my scalp when I was small. Back then the volume and texture of my hair was so good. I think now I have to start that again by myself 😢

Fenugreek is just a magical remedy ❤ I have prepared this toner for myself and my hair gets more manageable I am already using seed mix and curry patta daily All the ingredients are powerful so I personally suggest everybody to make your habit .All are very simple actions .The only thing is that you have to make it your life style
