First I want to say this is one of the most fun and professional DIY videos on a swap. I'm really impressed with your skills snd knowledge on this as I'm going to put a SC on my 5.7 in my Ram 1500 4x4.
Your explanation is great! And yes with mods like this you must tune your car to 91 or 93 octane first and out @eflexfuel kit will run based off that map when running full Ethanol or blend. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💚💚💚
Hey there just found your channel, I also bought a pursuit charger 2016 V8 AWD...I have been modding mine also went with a wide body conversion first and other parts (8.4 uconnect, tazer and other quality of life stuff) Just a heads up when adding more power the front diff and transfer case are really weak units so be aware. Also adding the Tazer unit to your car will allow you to use your aux steering buttons to switch the car manually between AWD and rear wheel drive...this is important because our pursuit chargers automatically switch due to several reasons, temp, traction loss, wipers on. So being able to keep the car in rwd while doing a burnout is important. Found out the hard way...horrible sound on my first burnout when I added a 3.09 lsd and the transfer case engaged due to tire slip and horrible clunk scared the crap out of me. Please do your research about how the AWD systems work. Good luck with the build ill be watching
Appreciate you sharing this info! The aux buttons are one of the best parts of the pursuit model. These AWD systems don’t stand up to power and I haven’t found any commercially available upgrade options.
@CRASHBERN yeah I haven't found anything either, I did find a guy in Florida who can add a posi unit to the front diff....still trying to find someone who can make a 3.09 ring gear for the front diff though. That's the weird part when you switch to a 3.09 posi rear. If the awd is engaged on the street when it's dry road, you can feel a slight shudder between the 2 diffs 3.07 front and 3.09 rear. Also there is a guy who is doing an AWD mustang on RUclips, he used the transfer case from the charger we have and built a custom adapter to hook it to a TR6060 6 speed manual transmission. I'm gonna reach out cause I want a manual trans in my charger and keep the awd
I literally got the whole setup to do my hellcat sc on my 5.7 Chrysler, but it’s not emissions legal in ca… gonna have to sell my kit, gonna use that money for the hellcat donor and doing a full hellcat swap. Glad to see others still doing this to their 5.7!

Loving this series! I have a 2019 charger rt with the 5.7 and i would so desperately love to hear that whine on mine. I saw the MX kits out there and have been really interested in the capabilities specifically with the stock internals of the 5.7 and how will to accept boost she would be. Im also curious to know how accurate the guages are in the performance pages. For example, do the horsepower and torque values scale with the addition of the supercharger? Keep up the good work sir! Looking forward to more in this series!
Thanks for watching! My pursuit doesn’t have performance pages. I have alfaobd and will add the hellcat pages eventually. I have a gut feeling that the values don’t change with mods. Stock internals can handle 8-10 pounds of boost
🔥🔥🔥 can we get a price list of the build when it’s finished. I have a 21DDRT would love to recreate this build! Im in MD if you work on cars I would Nobel happy to have you do this on my Durango

No the tensioner should be tighter then that luckily you already ordered a new one highly recommend u do replace that. Mine was the same way and i just replaced it now i can hardly get it to budge even.
Great videos! 1 suggestion, I would recommend 2 widebands; 1 for each bank if you're allowed to do so with your engine management. It helps with narrowing down engine problems.
I would like to see how good how 1 of the hell cat series blowers would work on a bored & stroked 5.7 . This would be a perfect swap for people that on a budget or simply can't afford one of the hell cat engines & what the limits of the 5.7 block .
