Episode 13
An old Sierra classic, Caesar 3.
Caesar 3 is city builder game released back in 1998 by Sierra Studios. It has both a career mode (what i'll be playing) but also has the "City Construction Kit" which allows you to do whatever you want and makes it a bit more of a sandbox type game. Similar to many games of the era, it uses an isometric view and has beautiful graphics.
Like my OpenTTD series, this isn't the the original Caesar 3 but a modern version called Julius. You can find Julius and it's instructions here:

Oh, howdy! I remember what I picked for them to buy...... Weapons. Manufacture weapons right next to that big native building. This way they won't buy up items you need like pottery, furniture, oil,wine. If you put your weapons warehouse I mean next door to the larger community native hut they buy an unbelievable amount of weapons. I might have even built 12 weapons workshops. Now you can keep your marble to build the Augustus content! ❤ Keep it up mate!
