Wow, how beautiful and moving! I lost my mom when I was 18 and so many of the things you shared resonate with me, even now in my 30s. Sending you love, light, and comfort. 💖
I’m so sorry for your loss Kayla. I can’t begin to imagine what you’re going through. Your mum seemed like a wonderful lady from what I saw in your vlogs. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers xx
I cannot watch this right now. I’m minute in, my face is hot and if I blink I know there will be tears but I’m so happy you’re back 🕊️ I will add to my watch later for tonight x ❤️
My deepest condolences 😢❤. One of the first videos I watched on your channel was the jump rope one with your mom in a video where you made a joke from The Office😅 It was so funny and I still remember it. I wish you peace and joy in knowing that she's still watching and cheering up for you.❤
I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you find peace and comfort knowing she is with you every day. My heart is with you during this difficult time. By the way, beautiful video. Love is a powerful thing.
crying, im so sorry for your loss. i can only imagine and dream what it must have been like to share such a special relationship with your mom. i have no idea what thats like, you are so lucky
Sending peace, strength and love. You will find a way to carry on living. It just takes time, not to heal, but to find a new ''normal''. Try to feel as much as you can. Take good care xxx
This was such a beautiful tribute to your mom and her life. I lost my father in 2016 and this video made me feel so raw yet so seen. Grief truly is like the waves of the ocean forever changing but always constant. Our loved ones are always with us just in a different form. Thank you for this. ❤
I lost my mom when I was 9, so at that time I couldn't put into words everything I was feeling. Now I'm 27 and this video hitted me like a punch. I'm so so sorry for your loss and I know nothing can comfort you, but the way you see life and transform your feelings into art, that's beautiful and powerfull.
My big heart wraps around you with loving healing energy. It is true they love us unconditionally and so do we. This tribute to your Mom is so beautiful and comes so lovingly from your heart. Thank you for sharing this video. Yes there is a new journey forward without the physical presence and with each day we learn a new way to know that presence transforms into a new loving experience. Tears, laughter, joy and a new way to experience moving forward. New memories of of a new way forward. BIG HUGS Kayla ❤️🙏
Kayla, I just now brought myself to watch this. I have been sad for you and with you. I feel like I knew her cause of what I know of you. “Grief is just love with no where to go” is amazingly insightful and probably something that I will hold on to. Also what you said about grief not going away but learning to walk with it is so helpful. I was told I was infertile almost 7 years ago and I still cry about it.. like right now as I’m typing this. I thought I was weak cause “I’m not over it” yet. I’m not “over” the death of 100 potential children with my hair or my smile or my mamas features or my dad’s height. It does hit you in waves. And no one can truly understand. I don’t know what to say to comfort or “make it better” but I can walk along side you if you want. I love you sis
Oh, my dear girl. I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my mom when I was around your age. I'm now 52. Someone once said grief is like a broken leg. It gets better but you will always dance with a limp. Take care of yourself yourself. We are here for you.
I've missed your videos and seeing this today really touched me. This was such a beautiful tribute. I can only hope that one day, my son will reflect on our time together with as much love and joy as you did with your sweet mother. My deepest condolences.
Holding space for you, Kayla. Grief is never linear, so be kind to yourself and grieve however you wish. This was so beautiful, and although I don’t know her, I know for certain she is proud of you. ❤❤❤
Kayla, this video was so beautifully and artfully done. I lost my father when I was 26 years old, and I watched this video knowing it would remind me of that time. Four years later though, I find myself tearful more as I think of fond memories rather than thinking of the sadness and loss. The grief never goes away, but it changes. I'm so sorry that you're having to experience this. I hope that you are able to find some peace and comfort in your art. ♡ I send you so much love
Kayla, my heart aches for you. I had no idea. I even DMed you on instagram a couple of weeks ago, wondering if you’re ok. Now I know. Let me express my greatest sorrow. I’ve been keeping you in my thoughts over the past months, now I’m adding both you and your Mum to my prayers. Sending you the biggest hug.
My deepest condolences to you and your family. My father got diagnosed with a terminal illness about a month ago. It's really made me value every moment I have with my parents and loved ones. As a Christian having a deep abiding faith in God strengthens me and brings me hope. Hope that no matter what happens God is with me through it all. I pray you find peace and comfort. (Numbers 6:24-26 KJV) God Bless.
What a beautiful tribute to your beloved mom. You're so correct - grief does not go away, you learn to walk beside it. No truer words.❤
