FYI they are putting the new casino at the old Chicago Tribune plant site at Chicago Ave/Halsted on the river. If someone is buying long-term in River North by the river, something to think about--living close to a casino might not be ideal.
I guess you have to be rich to live in those beautiful places. Those HOA fees are incredibly high, but then I live in a different city in a different state with an entirely different economy and wage slavery.
