Unfortunately this document doesn't become available until being under contract when you will have 5 business days to review and approve condo documents which includes the rules and regs. Very difficult to find without doing some manual leg work. There isn't a way to filter for short term rentals so we as agents have to call ahead to the owner or listing agent and see if the building HOA allows. MOST buildings in Chicago are NOT Airb&b friendly however they do exist, but more so in smaller more boutique buildings.
