I am considering an FUE hair transplant within the next couple years. Would you recommend that I continue with fin monotherapy or go ahead and add minoxidil? My thinking is, if I refrain from starting minoxidil, the quantity and placement of grafts will be more clear. Thank you for always being honest and for not trying to push products onto your viewers.
Yo! Depends on how far gone you are, if you are beyond Norwood 2 then you probably have maxed out your potential with pharmaceuticals. You can try minoxidil and if it doesn't give you regrowth you can stop it without losing anything so it might be worth a try, at least for a few months.
I would consider my current status a NW2. Mostly thinning on my right temple and some at the crown. I’ve always had a large cowlick, so that doesn’t help. Thanks for the quick response choom. I appreciate what you’re doing.

Some good new for you (not april fools fr) China pyri phase 3study finishied eneollment of 740! Patients. Data supposed to be published in Q4 2023. Phase 2pyri us studies will be published in the next 3months. And now gr20028 phase 2 in china will start enrollment in q2. I would like to ask u again about a serious concern of mine. If gt20029 or pyri will work on transplanted hair. Is there some studies doin biopsys on transplanted hair and looking if the tissue has scarring or fibrosis. Couldnt this effect the topical absorbtion of those drugs? Because if i cant get a full hair from fin and or gt i will ned a hairtransplant but what if this has a bad impact on the efficacy? Im dependend somewhat on these drugs cuz im loosing ground on fin( and yes ive been on fin gor well over a year.

Guys i think I found the cure !! I did put my head in freezing cold water (minus 20 degrees, in my bathroom, you just have to add lots of ice cubes) during 25 minutes twice a day for 6 months (just make sure you get your head out of the water at least once every 30 secondes not to die) ! And guess what's happened bro ! I went from Norwood 4 to Norwood 2 in only 6 months ! My wife's boyfriend told me it helps with the blüttflew and the scalp tension. Trust me bro it works !
