There's shame that shows us where we were wrong or that we did something wrong to rectify it, and then there is toxic shame, where people think they ARE the wrong and a problem that needs fixing.
Very true
I just left a narcissistic relationship and basically its the opposite of what you feel with motivation. You feel just embarrassment with everything that you do. Its an awful feeling :(
