Just grease a baking sheet , pour all the material on that sheet and bake it at 350 for 40-45 minutes. It will be like meat loaf . Slice or cut into pieces use that in sandwiches inshaAllah.
U can chop onions in chopper but dont make it paste just chop it litte and then put onion in strainer so onion water will strain and then use the chopped onion , And for binding koftas u can add roasted besan.

Yogurt in the kofta mixture only spices and ginger garlic and first keep on high flame daaltay huay in the saucepan and then cook on low flame ..and yes take chicken mince no need to further chop it in the chopper . It's ok no worries ,I just saw the video not sure if you still have that qeema or you used it some how but if not easy fix is since you love potato take potatoes as much you think you need and grated it mix it in Qeema put some extra chopped Cilantro any other spices if you like , add little besan and use Tablespoon to make patties just heat up the pan add little oil fill spoon with mixture once in pan give any shape you like ,hands clean

Then my help (untrained chef) had the same embarrassed look working with chopped onions for the first time. I was not home so I could only help him over mobile. I gave him one line tip. Sieve out the onion water and use the pulp only in koftas or chappal kebab or kashmiri kebabs or several others things. I use the onion water to marinate chicken or fish or beef stakes. Please note, never use raw onions if it is peeled off more than 2 hours ago. It is very harmful and full of germs when you peel it off. It starts sucking in all the germs from environment once we peel it off. By the way your batter was perfect for baking. You could bake the entire batter in the oven for 30 mins. Never add wet ingredients if you r beginner and avoid pyaz too . Just simply add hara dhaniya / podina / hari mirch/ salt/ gg/ chilli/garam masla powder.
If disaster happens simply out the batter in oil with fried pyaz. Mazeddar qeema is ready. Your batter will never waste. 😊
