The only thing we need to take care of is breakeven... When we buy a put our breakeven pushes to a higher point which may be well beyond your target... Please keep this in mind as well before using it...
@Ravi Yadav you will get profits before breakeven also but it will be low... I think its better to earn low profit keeping your capital safe

My personal experience:
I'd started selling options and I wad profitable for almost two months. My one trade got wrong and all the profit of whole two month got wiped out. With the grace of god my own capital doesn't got heavy dent...but I understood one thing for sure that hedging bs ek baar bachayega but apki life bacha dega
Very valuable knowledge shared by Nitish ji. Thanks for this great initiative Vivek Ji. I have one query. If I buy NIFTY options and hedge my position with a put as suggested, the breakeven point shifts for more than 100 points and in a weekly expiry, it may become difficult to make a profit unless a big movement comes. Is there any solution to this issue?

Actually I’m already using this future hedging technique by buying option with 0.50 delta. As per sir have explained to buy a option with having 70-75% intrinsic value will be mostly having delta of 0.70 - 0.75. In this situation making profit become slow until and unless we getting drastic movement of 6-7% in the stock.
But yes this strategy is really good and works very well I’m already using this everyday.👍🏻good job sir 👍🏻
Please suggest if we can do this Strategy vice versa, I mean sell future and buy call and sell put if trade goes wrong ? One more question: Would this strategy also applicable in intraday or only in positional trades?
