I’m so glad you are crushing your 30 day challenge! I hate how much we give “knee jerk” reactions to things online. Sometimes it is warranted, like the Youthforia situation. That founder fumbled all three apologies! (The third being that crazy job description she put out). But sometimes the backlash is not deserved, like with the baby clothes company. It’s sad that just because most people don’t understand what it is to run a business and the various decisions that must be made, they might be putting 14 hard working women out of jobs. We can only hope that we handle moments of viral adversity with wisdom and grace when /if they happen to us!

100% agree. The customer doesnt see the behind the scenes , I think thats why its important to create real connections with them and take accountability . If they know you as a person and not just a brand, they’ll give you the benefit if the doubt .
And thank you thank you ! Appreciate all the support

Thanks a lot, 22mins well spent. I learnt so much and I think I’ll have so much knowledge about business in this month of July than school could ever teach me 😌. Thanks again.
