I had Petha in my trip from Delhi to Madurai 4 yrs back, & I forgot the package in Taxi , it reminded me whole trip and I couldn’t wait to make Petha at home! I had one Pumpkin yellow as it is Hallow-in festival on these Sunday in USA, & every house had pumpkins outside their house! But I had to buy white inside so I did& made !Thanks to your recipee! It is so delicious& but I could’ve eat much as I am heavy Diabetic now! Thanks again-Bhupen( Chicago).
