I like the basic idea. I live in a colder climate and if I build an outdoor kitchen, I will want to be able to close it up to keep snow and critters out.

I've recently learned (via the hard way) that corked wine should always be stored on it's side (aka laying down). It keeps the cork from drying out and breaking and crumbling upon removal
I did not know that but i shall store any future corked wine i buy on its side

How do you protect from critters like mice, raccoons and opossum getting into everything

I remember you doing a video showing minion not eating anything unless you give the cue. Now I’m thinking you trained him to do that just in case someone put out poisoned food. Which really upsets me. I’ve been watching videos of your sister. I think she might have gotten in with some bad people that convinced her to do what she did. Just my guess. No one is perfect but this world does have some truly evil people. Also checked a channel of a guy whose comment was super sketchy. His channel was pure evil. Lots of cussing and showing some disturbing things. Kinda like a Deliverance vibe. So my prayers are with you Nate. Not all churches are good. Not all are bad. It’s good advice to be careful when dealing with organizations of religion. Let the Holy Spirit guide you. 🙏🏻

This is so awesome! We are headed in this direction soon. Are you completely off grid? We are weighing our options on full solar vs having power run but it's gonna hurt either way $$$

You have a cow?
Howdy, this is the first time i've looked at anybody elses outdoor kitchen. Ours started with a BBQ all those years ago, i was heating water to do dishes by dropping hot campfire rocks into the sink, now we have a concrete slab, hot and cold water, wood burning range and a brick oven. The winters are getting to much for me these days, this last winter we got 16 feet of snow

If you ever worry about the dirt floor getting too muddy... just buy some peat gravel and "sprinkle" it where needed buddy. I personally would have an inch layer everywhere.
I took a bunch of flat rocks from our creek and set them flat and level in a bed of gravel, also from the creek. Worked great for our outdoor shower and walkways.
