Base Game Starter ~ The Sims 4 Speed Build

Welcome Back! Today's build is a base game starter home, under 20,000 simoleons. It's very sparsely decorated but it's the perfect home if you want to start with little and work your way up. Side note, I noticed when I was taking the screenshots that I forgot a sink in the kitchen, so I had to do some rearranging.
