Remember in chapter 139 Dr. Kuleha talked about the 5 days disease. This could also be a clear parallel, because in chapter 134 we found out about that Blackbeard doesnt sleep and 34 is also Blackbeards and Shanks number. And in the same chapter Dr. Kuleha got introduced with the age 139 and so the same number as the chapter
It's a good thing Blackbeard seems to trust Doc Q alot because this devil fruit alone would be great for a One Piece movie villain.
