you made the point about Content Marketing being unscalable/difficult to scale. I've ran into the issue where, I have a skill for videography, and organic content marketing. however its incredibly difficult to get paid for this service. I'm currently running a free trial for a brunch place. and I have access to their social media. they're getting dozens of content marketing offers a week. most offering free trial services. yes, most of these agencies are complete dog shit, but the issue I run into is getting my foot into that first payment. we've done 4 free trials and have gotten these pages many views and followers. but the trials almost always end without occurring customers because of one major issue. is it basically impossible to accurate determine the impact of organic marketing on a cafes revenue. I enjoy content marketing, but it's by far the most time consuming offering, that seems to actually be the hardest to get paid for.
My biggest question is how often do you need to update the ads? Like what if the business has a new thing they want to push, or new organic content they want to show?
I have been running a social media management agency for 2.5 years and I am sooooo burnt out! I came across this video at the perfect time. Organic Social media just isn’t producing the results that I feel my clients deserve and I have been scrambling to find a better way. What do you think of offering organic social media management alongside this system that you guys are teaching and packaging it all together?
I would continue to offer social media management as you have been. Contact your existing clients and do some micro market research. Come up with an offer deck and just have an honest two way conversation with them. Address the pain points that you've mentioned about not getting results you want for them. Eloquently explain how social media management is basically the precursor to paid advertisement. The CRM High level has been a game changer, explain to them what sales funnels and lead magnets are and identify if they ACTUALLY want to scale or if they would rather maintain. If your sales skills are good enough or if you have developed trust with your clientele launch a trial campaign and take no profit, if you get results for your existing clientele ask them to give you a review or case study that you can leverage into your new offer through your own paid advertising to your agency. From here you can continue to offer SM Management alongside paid media or just paid media, paid media is easily trackable which makes your ROI offer easier to say yes to. Dont be afraid to test out different niches but Dont spread yourself too thin product market fit is vital some businesses don't need or can't accommodate paid media and more leads. The more services you become comfortable with the more you can charge, the more credibility you gain, and the ability to scale into more team members becomes exponential, iterate, calibrate, repeat.
@ it really is!! Very time consuming and exhausting. Changing up my offer, learning how to run ads and seeing those results, etc has been sooo rewarding
I have a few questions. So first does the ad always have to be something that we give for free or can it also be something that doesnt provide free value and just advertises their service. My 2 nd question is what is inside these 5 mails that come inside the 5 first days ?
Thanks. I have a question. How would I know if the client has converted a customer, and they should be taken out of the soap opera sequence? And can this be automated?
My biggest fear is thinking too many people run Facebook Ads and businesses no longer need freelancers or small agencies to create campaigns for them. specially in this economy
Just because they can learn how to launch them doesn’t mean they know how to optimize and scale them, as also that doesn’t mean they WANT to do it. This shit is annoying and hard
Hi I’m considering joining growth school also but I’m a bit confused about somethings. 1. I have a client that is a holistic therapist she does reiki and some massage and all that other stuff. I don’t know if I should be using Facebook ads to promote the service for her or if I should be trying to help her build the page through content or what way makes the most sense to get her results right away. 2. Can I apply the strategies in growth school to a Wix website? 3.Do you think Google ads are the right way in this scenario? 4.Do you teach Facebook and Google ads in the group?
Yes, we teach Google ads and facebook ads in the group. as far as the strategy, i would recommend running ads to grow the page as organic can be time intensive and require a lot of time to organically grow We don't teach wix in any courses in Growth School, but the community will definitely be able to help you out with what you need Yes, I do think that Google Ads could be a good bet for that client for sure
on the landing page do you ask for a phone number as well as an email? can sending messages via the app or text replace email? what was your experience like? thanks for the video, it really boost me up
Hey, I am looking to join growth school, but I have some questions - 1. If I do google ads for exterior home cleaning businesses, do I create one of those funnels INSIDE their website, like on a separate page? 2. after the lead clicks on the ad, do i make them put their email in to send them soap or seinfeld emails, or do I just book them straight in from the funnel?
Yes, funnels are meant to be built and site beside their website. You can build it directly in their website, but we recommend using a funnel builder that is easier to use like GoHighLevel. when the lead clicks, they submit their email / information. they are then taken to a calendar page where they can schedule a consultation etc., and they are enrolled in an email sequence in the event that they don't book right then and there (which most don't)

@@heyketsia nice! I’d love to connect. There’s not many people who understand this struggle lol 😩 where can we connect? Are you on IG?

Simple and effective

yes they should, this is something that depending on the tools they can use you can automate yes
does it work for the home improvement niche ?

A business always want more clients. You find a way to do that for them, it doesn’t matter how, they will pay you. Period.
Start from the end and reverse engineer. Which industry has money and is underserved by online marketers ?

If we have different clients in different locations will the nurturing part apply to them?
yes, every client should have some sort of nurture flow

so the only service that an SMMA (Social media marketing agency) business should offer is lead generation? and how much should you charge the clients?
