A METALHEAD has been transformed into a pinup girl for the day - to surprise her husband. New York-born, Stacie lives in Winter Springs, Florida with her husband Josh. The pair are both metalheads with black clothes, Mohawks and tattoos. Stacie has even gone so far to have her tongue split, and an entire arm filled in with black ink. Her best friend Jessie, is not so keen on the body mods. Jessie has a slightly different style with long curls, dramatic feminine makeup and pinup-style dresses. For one day only, Jessie transformed her best friend from a metalhead to a pinup girl - and then they surprised her husband.

I love how the best friends have two completely different styles and are still accepting of one another! I dress alternative and goth while my best friend is super girly but we are still soo close and people ALWAYS ask us why we are friends and strangers look at us weird because we obviously look very opposite from each other.
I know it shouldn’t be a big deal but when you see other friendships like your own when normally you don’t, it feels nice 🥰
With my friend and I it's more everything else than dressing up. We don't have anything in common but our faith in Jesus. Strangers always wonder if we're sisters and stuck with each other. Har har... And those of our friends wonder how ever we've been friends for 20 years.

The outside doesn’t matter it’s what’s on the inside that counts. A person with a good heart and personality is always sooo much more attractive than a gorgeous mean person.

Well her husband even said, that he wouldn't. But that's normal, because he would not expect it. But I am sure he would have, as soon as she would have asked for the way or so. Not just the way but also her features.

Honestly this is the best makeover I've seen. Sometimes others don't pick the right clothes or use a wig that didn't really suit the person, but this one was perfect, even if it isn't her style at all
She looks great at the end, but you can tell she felt uncomfortable wearing it which shows the genuineness of this.
She has such a classic look. There’s something about her eyes and smile that light up a room. Very much like an actress of the 40s with those dimples.

@@yurimessiah I'm not saying he has to, I'm saying he couldn't if he wanted to. The dress is the only changed thing about her that's easily changeable. There is no way he would tell her if he happened to prefer her face without tattoo's.
Personally, I think he says the dress because he likes to see her shape. It’s not a revealing dress, but it is meant to suggest an hourglass figure. I’m not surprised he’s into that particular aspect.

It can be fun. I have almost a complete body suit (tattoos), except for face, and usually only wear work clothes. But when I wear a suit I feel like a million bucks. Couldn’t see myself wearing a suit for like a job or anything but every now and then for the occasional wedding or fancy dinner I like to dress up.
I feel like this young woman is blessed to have two different types of looks that she can deploy whenever she'd like - that's super cool. I love both her looks, whatever makes her feel happy inside.
She looks a lot younger in the “After” version. The makeover artist took 10 years off her with the different makeup and hair style.

This makeover let you really see her face that was hidden behind so many layers. Drop dead gorgeous. Makeup can be a good thing or a bad thing. Too many layers and you become hidden, but the right amount can just highlight the beauty that was always there.

I think they could have done better if they had gone with a hardcore -West coast- "psychobilly" look vs. the stereotypical- dime a dozen, generic, cheesecake- "pin-up". She would have been able to integrate her individualism into the new look...thus, allowing her to feel comfortable & confident without feeling as if she was in a fancy dress costume! It would have opened her up to integrating bits into her future style! She would have remained herself, but a with rockin' twist! Her hubby would have afforded it as well! You can tell that he loved it, but her happiness is his first priority! Bless him!x

I was just saying this earlier,while discussing this video with my friends,all the other guys say they look bad because they know if they continue dressing like that guys will attempt to steal them,so they just let the girls wear 10000 piercings and have devilish make up on to appear unattractive to other guys,because they’re too insecure .

I think that women who’s styles are metal, punk, or goth don’t want to be called necessarily “feminine” or “basic”. And that’s not meant as a bash, it’s just a fact. Most of those women on those transformation videos say themselves that their styles aren’t particularly feminine. And it’s because nothing can change how what the world sees as feminine. It’s a term used to describe women who dress in clothes (colorful and black, take the “little black dress” as an example) that are very flattering and/or form fitting on their bodies. Women who style their hair and make-up (if they wear it) in a certain way to bring out the features of her face or body. Women who have certain details on their clothing such as ruffles, puffed sleeves, sequins, sparkles, floral patterns, etc.. It’s a term that’s been around for ages, and it’s not going away time soon. There are many other terms used to describe certain styles: punk, metal, tomboy, masculine, etc.. “Feminine” just happens to be one of them. That’s not saying that women who dress punk or metal are not feminine in personality. There is a huge difference between feminine described clothing and having a feminine personality.
