The anime explains that only the 'chosen ones' get a special grimoire with a four leafed clover. But sometimes a unique grimoire appears, one with a clover of five leaves. If good luck resides in a clovers fourth leaf, what lies behind the fith one? Demons.

In this anime there are a lot of characters, the protagonist, the best character (guy with cigarettes), the other guild members, other guild's members ... And the songs are fire!!! If you want to watch it I'd suggest you to do 2/3 ep every time, like One Piece, there are 170 episodes and the new season should be published early! I'm sure you'll love this anime, it has your type of humour (I think, you said it once)

Ah, Black Clover. I like this anime alot, cause its sorta of spirit successor of alot of earlier/older shonens, like Naruto and Bleach (mostly latter, cause author of Black Clover had alot of inspiration in it). U indeed catch alot from openings, but i do highly recommend to watch it. Its very good. About openings - number 1 is 9th (it have a dark and crazy vibes which i like, also huge story vibe), then its number 10 (here is mostly story vibe, but the rest including the song is awesome) and probably 3rd one is 13th - its have sorta conclusion thing, but again story vibes and other things is great there. Actually its hard to decide first 2 openings i like the most, but the 3rd... So many good ones. Id say just like probably 4 openings in total i dont really like. Rest is great))

@@Manamyte Yes, there is many similarities with Naruto. In Naruto the first thing they tell you is the story about the nine tailed fox. This anime is underrated. With time and higher budget animators are going crazy with the animation. Ofc, this show is a bit longer, it has a few slow pace arcs that were a bit boring to me. But there is not many of them. Always the calm before the storm. This anime is good. Except Asta being sometimes annoying, I have nothing to complain about xD
Just a heads up if you start the series. Its a little slow in the beginning, and the protagonist's voice is annoying at first because he yells a lot. Like, a LOT a lot. But it gets better by the double digit episodes. Honestly, I think that's the reason why this anime isn't more popular, because a lot of people dropped it before it got really good and got time to develop. Not gonna spoil anything but, man, those predictions...
Black Clover is very good, and allot of episodes. HunterxHunter 2011 is something you'll like to Mana. But you have allot to watch :p take your time xD

@@Manamyte NANA is on my rewatch list. I've watched it about 6 times & seen the live action movies twice but its been probably 5yrs since the last time. I recently finished watching Overland for the 9th time before watching the new Overland movie. Since Overlord is one of those series that is fairly short unlike the Dragon Ball series & Naruto series it is a lot faster to watch again. I practically lost count how many times I've rewatched Dragon Ball & Naruto from start to finish being in my top 3 favorite series along with My Hero Academia. I do love my Shonen anime but that doesn't mean I don't like to rewatch my favorite anime from Isekai, romance, music, slice of life, horror, and sports right now I'm just started watching one of my favorite sports anime Baby Steps.
My favorite openings are OP3 Black Rover, and OP10 Black Catcher by Vickeblanka i have them downloaded to my phone with other anime songs like Rose from the NANA anime, Wind the first Naruto ending song, Hero's come back from Naruto Shippuden, and the entire album for Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad.
I don't recommend you to compare Black Clover with Naruto as these 2 fandoms don't get along well, as Naruto fans insist on calling it a copy of Naruto for any slightest similarity and throw hate for any slightest thing. For example just by the way it looks you can think that Yuno (Asta's rival) is similar to Sasuke just for being cool and having black hair, but in truth their personality is very different and their rivalry even more being a very healthy one.
