That happened to me once, only it was in a bus from one country to another, and I told the dude to put his pants on and his legs down and when he didn't want to do it the drivers picked him up in the air, opened the door and told him either pants up and legs down or he's going to be left outside pantless in the snow. Dude was as quiet as a mouse the rest of the ride.
