I tried this and I mostly failed as USA took the DRC but me and the rest of the world ( 6 players ) hated the USA so we made a massive military and declared on him at first we were winning but then he won the home American campaign and the European campaign, he also mostly won the African campaign which I was soloing but then I push him out of my homeland with my 70 attackers by now we started winning again and I started carrying by the time we took Washington only Europe was left and then everyone left, I was the only one so I just attacked the European area and won then as I was making peace deals my wifi went out
Dude the last time I played Rise of Nations they removed super artillery. That used to be so broken I'd just make 2 electronics factories, get like 3K artillery and a couple of anti air. And then I'd just declare war on the whole world as Cuba for the funsies.

one time i played as liberia and took 1/3 of africa, starting up in the north is the best strat for forming it I think
Cool. Generally, North African countries stay in North Africa or the middle East, so African Union is rarely formed by a North African country

but what i was trying to say is, playing a north african country is good for becoming big, because that's where most of the land is
