I'm 68 my husband 78. TRUMP 2024. I live in Texas, most of us are Republicans. So there are MANY MANY OLDER TRUMP VOTERS WE ARE MAGA MAGA MAGA. My younger brother, my daughter her Spanish husband his parents brothers sisters cousins are all Republicans. People most would think that they are likely Democrats but they would be completely wrong. We are all tech Savey. My husband is an design engineer, hardware and software.

It should never have been about individuals. In order to have a viable country I must vote against my favorite marijuana legalization issues every time. I have all my life. Presidential elections are not a wish list for citizens' personal lives nor are they popularity contests for politicians. One must take all of that out of the equation and vote on the policies that will build the strongest country.

You're right about older folks. My dad is 84 and thinks the news still tells the truth about politics. He watches CNN and is a staunch Democrat. He got the covid jab, wore masks, and all. You’re absolutely right, I’m 71 and do look at all the other outputs, but most of the people of my age that I know get all their news from MSM so I find myself being a lone voice most of the time. When I tell them, for example that a lot of blacks will vote Trump they don’t believe me.

I switched my party this year after 50 YEARS! I got caught up in my life and didn't delve into the specifics of the Democratic party and their agenda. I realized how much I trusted the party to do the right thing. Yes. Life was up and down, more down, and now I know why.
