Van Leeuwen is one of my favorite ice cream shops in NYC - have to try the other 2 shops you recommended tho! We can tell Carolina loves her peanut butter ice cream flavors 😜 Did you guys finish all 6 cones?! If so, that's impressive hahah

The comment you made about going to Van Leeuwen with whoever as they have non vegan ice cream is just so strange to me, that non vegans would demand a diary ice cream, even though the vegan ones are just as delicious. I just find it hard to accept some people still want to contribute to cruelty even though the alternatives are amazing......weird.
That’s a great point Steve. Yes, it’s strange that people would turn down such delicious vegan ice cream when it’s so accessible. We think Van Leeuwen’s vegan flavors are so good we wish they expanded the vegan menu more.
