And i know this from my own experience how bad it feels because i lost my purse-wallet back in 2000 with all kind of things in it not just about money i did had around 3000$ in cash but also credit cards, driver license, vehicle documents etc and again the money wasn't that important for me seriously, i would not care about them but instead i would be very happy if i would at least get back all the important documents : driver license, vehicle documents and other papers bank and credit cards but i never get them back, i did have to block all bank accounts and credit cards get new from bank latter, change all those documents with new ones again which was a really painful experience..

Don't give up on people Lindsay! The moment you do, you risk ignoring someone who might make a difference in your life. I know it's hard sometimes to keep the door open. Meeting the right person or people will more than make up for everything wrong that's been done to you. If your door is closed, that can never happen. I know it's easier to say it than to do it, but be patient, make sure you're around the right kinds of people, maybe say a prayer, and good things will happen. It's an old saying, but it's a good one: you're known by the company that you keep.

“Always do the right thing, even when nobody’s looking”
Such a strong message in a day and age where many only pretend to care and do a good deed for social media likes and recognition and not because they’re a genuinely good and kind person.
Well done to this young man.

Yep. Those "giving money to a homeless person" videos always make me cringe, because it's so obvious that the uploader is just doing it to be seen of men.
Matthew 6:1 "Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven."
Matthew 6:3-4 "But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly."
