Hi Steve! Yes after a few nervous moments when I was suddenly 'surrounded' by orange-suited chaps, I enjoyed the experience! I enjoy it when a video takes an unexpected change of direction, and I appreciated letting the World (yes there is a subscriber in New Zealand!) know that Security is in the case. Hopefully they are keeping us all a bit safer!?!

The north portal for Copthall 'green tunnel' is basically at the point where the new Harvil Road crosses over it. At 3:25 centre of screen you can just see the end of the portal works poking out and at 3:56 is the portal wall to the east of Harvil which will be backfilled and landscaped presumably. I just don't know. The 'black bit here' at 2:31 is where Sir Dominique will arrive back on terra firma. It's definitely not another tunnel portal. Maybe it's to do with Dom's laser guidance system, to ensure he doesn't wander off course at the last minute. I just don't know. The concrete slab at 3:04 is certainly at the final track bed elevation and looks as though it will have other 'stuff' standing on it. Water towers? Coal bunkers? The comedy starts with "Hello, I'm Daniel" ... "Hello, I'm Peter the Rock from U Tube." If they weren't all wearing HS2 sunglasses you'd be able to see their eyes glazing over. 10:52 "There must be thousands of you working here." Yep, and that's why the majority of HS2 has been cancelled. Security satsumas everywhere. Question: How many HS2 people does it take to change a light bulb? Answer: As many as they can fit into the room. Glossing over the biblical references Saint Peter, which were excruciating, my final observation is at 10:28 . Wow Peter gets accosted by security and then breaks out of his cell in a daring escape by riding a motorcycle along the piers and over dominique and makes his escape up the Harvill road where he finds Piglet the lost dog! Could be the basis of a movie there. That was a good video and glad you didnt get arrested, i guess these orange suited guys not seen you down on the other parts before? At least they were being vigilant and doing their job which is good, instead of just ignoring you and hope you go away.
Breaking Old News ALERT: According to the 2013, +in a Bond Villian voice+, 'master plan' there is the massive Ickenham ATFS to be built just to the west of Harvil Road. To we mere mortals, that is an HS2-related electricity substation. I'm guessing the slab at 3:04 is the beginnings of that construction which looks like it could eventually cover some acres.
In every other person when they start pointing cameras at their workers or entry/access points the HS2 security is alerted. It is all a 10s of billions venture hurtiling towards Birmingham and up to London. Hopefully the HS2 can get their finance together and make it all the way down to Crewe and up to Euston....and later get tied into HS1. Thank you Peter.
Maybe the place is signed on the dotted line? When the work is done and they pull out, will the site then be de-signed? If so, who will be the designer? Are they using designer signs? Do de-signer signs remove themselves when no longer in use? If you have a sign on your posterior, are you assigned? If the signs require putting back up, will they need to resign? Are the signs that are below referred to as the undersigned? Are signs that oppose one another countersigned? Like you, a spotted woodpecker is also glad that it is spotted, otherwise it would just be a woodpecker.

Some years ago, I went to an auction of underground signs. I have an illuminated sign, from South Kensington Station, which indicates the direction for the museums.
