Hot Wheels Stunt Track Driver: Party Room/Basement (Level 6)

Again with the two-named levels. This level in tournament mode is absolute Hell (worse than the Attic). You only get 52 seconds, and one crash, even with Way 2 Fast or Twin Mill means you lose. I had a run where I got a win with 0:00 left, but a recording error caused it to be lost. I used the Twin Mill here. It's basically Way 2 Fast with a higher stunt ability. Pretty awesome.
This track does not actually unlock any cars in tournament mode, but it unlocks the level in practice mode.

The nostalgia is real. I don't even remember hot wheels ever making glow in the dark track when I was a kid.

I always used Twin Mill on this level too, not sure why but it just fits the basement really well.
Also I had a few runs like that too where I had 0:00 on the clock and won

I think that Slideout it's better than Radio Flyer Wagon for stunts

You can crash once if you do both insane amounts of tricks and manage to stay on course the entire time.
