This is wonderful . The high string g and later min2nds wonderful soprano texture . Unforgettable with this lowlow bassoon timbre . The 5th minute needed the lushness of 8 or 10 strings . Must find other performances though remarkable , fine conception of this marvelous work . Never thought I'd hear a concertante work for this instrument - there are many Im going to hear now w/ youtube !!!
@@Symphing12 Also, the main reason is probably because they couldn't get a full orchestra to accept this concerto, so they probably down-scaled drastically because better a lesser performance then no preference
Que música linda!
Doce e onírica. 👏🏽👏🏽

I'm amazed at your composition - as a contrabassoonist, it was beautiful. Wondering, is this work available for purchase? Again, beautiful piece!

Amazingly beautiful! Never knew something so hidden could be so bright!
Oh Cool it's Lewis Lipnick, that's technically a Contraforte
Brilliant!!!!
Tellement, tellement doux...
I love this piece!
The contrabassoon is like the tuba, it has SO MUCH potential, but there simply isn't anything out there.
ah, silly 1 year younger me, that's a contraforte! My comment as a general statement still stands though.
Give about 10 minutes. I'll have something written for a contrabassoon. Even if I don't own one yet.
it's a contraforte, isn't it?
Yes it is.
This is chamber because it's so few musicians. Orchestra must more than that.
The contrabassoon needs to be heard and not drowned out.
@@Symphing12 It's a contraforte, it can be much much louder
