Pelo amor Deus, posta mais!!!
Isto é incrível
beautiful piece and beautiful performance!! Bravi!!!
Sublime!
I often come to this recording for inspiration in my own viola playing. I'm still fairly new to the instrument. But it's pieces like this that had me develop a love for this instrument! I also love how much emotion you show when you play. Not that I blame you this piece makes me feel emotional just listening to it. It's almost an absolute necessity that this piece be played with emotion, otherwise it's not going to sound nearly the same.
I really like how the lower notes on her viola do not sound boxy. They sound deep and real. She has a very lyrical, singing voice that is admirable. Brava.
Sad, melancholy, gloomy ... as life is sometimes, but I can only say ... beautiful!🥀
It's like Hahn had a sister who plays viola! Terrific performance. I hadn't heard the work before thanks for the beautiful introduction
Beautiful piece. I love the sound of the viola. The soloist and the orchetra were amazing.
A dark but sublime piece, beautifully performed, beautifully recorded. Thank you.
Lovely Howells harmonies, so expressive. The viola tone is so rich. Thank you for posting. I agree, the organ is impressive, looks wonderful.
What a beautiful piece! And I'm glad the new organ gets a viewing!
If you don't mind my asking, What is the name of the maker of the viola that you play, and the year in which the instrument was made?
Thanks.
The maker is Matthew Hardie. It's part of the Royal College of Music's collection of instruments. I don't play on it anymore so I can't say the year for sure but somewhere between 1755-1826.
If we could ever hear the grief and pain in someone's heart, I'm sure it would sound like this poignant piece of music.
Gorgeous sensational.....BRAVI TUTTI from Acapulco!
New and wonderful composition, and first performance, for me. Thank you Miss. Alves, beautiful playing.
I cried so much listen to this. It's so beautiful.
Very sad. How can you interrupt this music with a really awful commercial? At 2:57!
😮😮
I am reminded of Moriconne in some passages. A very beautiful and soothing piece of music.
Fantástica interpretação. É de uma beleza tão rara que a sua profundidade toca a nossa alma. Parabéns, Ana!
That is one beautiful sounding viola. Piece sounds a lot like Allan Hovhaness.
Sounds a lot like Vaughan Williams...
Howells predated Hovhaness by quite a while
@@towardthesea_ And so? Irrespective of which composer came first, it is still correct to say that the piece sounds like Hovhaness, and vice versa, of course.
Wonderful performance. Thank you!
Parabéns! Bravo!
Amazing! Congratulations
truly a beautiful piece.
Absolutely amazing
Draco Malfoy play violin?
I have subscribed to Ana Teresa! ❤
Que bela elegia e que bela interpretação
Haunting 🧡
Maravilha
Wow! I hadn't heard this piece before.
Fantástico. Parabéns
Bora bora Ana.
ANA ALVES HAS A LIGHT TOUCH AND LACKS STRENGTH IN HER ARM BUT MANAGES TO PRODUCE A VERY MELODIC SOUND FROM THE VIOLA. HER FORTE IS PRODUCTION OF A SMOOTH SINGING SOUND.
Non conoscevo questo brano. Bello❕🎶
Beautiful Performance!
¡¡¡Hermoso!!!
Tá demais!
Lindo...
Parabéns Ana.
Excelente! Parabéns!
Que lindo ,a forma como toca a Viola é inspirador👏👏 ,e quando a orquestra chega abraça o som,um espetáculo 🍃🍃

I came to see people roasting the Viola, where's the TwoSetViolin gang?
