Love bomb was so legendary...... the heavy electronics and the emotional blast with the chorus. It was such a iconic song.

i agree, i'm a girlgroup stan but I feel like that's one of the few years that truly belonged to girlgroups. I can't remember a bad girlgroup song this year and every group nominated for ROTY deserves it. Even the most nugu groups managed to release good or okay songs. And let's not forget the amount of wins for girlgroups this year. I hope that 2019 will be another phenomenal year for girls

I don't think that IZ*ONE will be nominated for this year's ROTY, I think they will be nominated next year. I KNEW I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE WHO GETS EMOTIONAL IN THE CHORUS The first time I listened to it I was like "Ok, nice tune, I really love it" but the more I listen to it, the better it gets (As this whole bop could get any better) and when the chorus comes in, I feel really nostalgic and maybe sad, even tho I'm bopping my ass to it.
Long story short, fromis did THAT with Love Bomb, made me go on full fromis stan and learn their names in like 15 minutes. Love Bomb is that powerful.

Honestly what I like about fromis_9 it’s that they sound their age they don’t force their voice to sound cute or very high pitch and their songs are very fresh and powerful tbh I feel like fromis_9 is a mix of gfriend & Kara

To be honest as a reviewer they should have give it a try for every kpop song..but I understand that they are busy so I really thankful for him reviweing Fromis_9
Because PD doesn't care about views and wants talent and hidden gems so they check out any songs unlike other youtubers

that and april’s “oh my mistake” have the same effect on me: both songs’ choruses are really catchy and sad in a certain way, almost nostalgic. but while “love bomb” reminds me of 2nd gen kpop songs, “oh my mistake” feels more retro. and both songs make me cry ofc 🥲

It's crazy. They came in January with To.Heart and I said "I don't like the school uniform concept" but also "time to stan because the music is good". I made the right decision because their B-sides are great. To.Day followed the same concept and I just realized that they were more than just rookies. The productions are just too good and it just doesn't feel like they're rookies. Love Bomb can be taken literally here. It starts interesting, then the good first verse and this chorus hits like a love bomb... I had tears in my eyes like you. For me it's a candidate for SOTY and if not, for me it's the best song so far (no matter if girl group or boy group). Fight me! I have enough Love Bombs here!!!

I have a monthly budget for kpop. I can only get 5 songs a month so I normally wait until the end of the month to pick my songs. However, sometimes a song is just so good and I fall in love with it instantly that I don’t wait. Love Bomb is one of those songs.
can you not encourage people to not buy songs?? buying songs will make the artists successful and it's a way for fans to support them. Illegally downloading songs isn't right. You can always listen for them for free on Spotify

The chorus has elements of both a really good electronic banger and a really good emotional song, and somehow, makes it work. It gives you both the urge to cry, as well as the urge to bang your head, because it’s just that good and you find yourself doing both at the same time.

Honestly, I had prejudice against fromis_9 because of the whole concept of Idol School and whatnot, and I never really liked their songs. After watching PD48 and the TTU cover (btw Miyu deserves better), I fell in love Gyuri immediately and I had to give fromis_9 another chance. This song is just out of this world, easily top 5 girl group song of 2018 in my books. They've completely proved me wrong and shut me up, and I'm glad they did. They deserve a lot of love with this song!

DKDK's lyric was written by them, Hayoung can do songwriting..Gyuri, Seoyeon, Hayoung can play instrument(Guitar or Piano) based on fromis_room, Produce48 and Idol school, Jiwon has good vocal, as far as I remember,
Chaeyoung can dance, and sing just fine, and now she tried to do rap. I won't be surprised if she want to try write her own rap in the future Saerom,Jisun,Nakyung,Jiheon can work together to give idea how to correography a dance(and for some trainee it can be difficult at some times)
I think before judging,we should keep in our mind that everone is talented in their own way..even you are also talented !!
Anyway I hope their song quality for future's comeback would be at least on par with this Love Bomb,and not degrading

I LOVE FROMIS_9 SO MUCH!! I found them after DKDK and fell in love immediately with them. I couldn't believe that all their side tracks could be title tracks because they are THAT good. It's not easy for me to want to really stan a group but oh boy they make want to stan since before they debuted. LOVE BOMB is an amazing bop just like all their songs!!!!

For me, the chorus of Love Bomb is like the music/ost played at the climax of final boss battle in an anime where the MC and his/her companion fighting while smiling. Mainly in the shonen anime. Maybe that’s why you feels so emotional.
I am so happy to see you react to these girls. They deserve so much better; I hope their popularity will explode like the title of their new song. I can see how much their agency invest in their comeback hoping to find their place in the industry with the help of Gyuri exposure during PD48. this is seriously one of the best songs i've ever heard. till now, i still felt like a tear would drop from my eyes. totally felt the emotions, eventho i never knew of the meaning of the lyrics.
I liked To heard, wasnt crazy about DKDK, but this song was AMAZING. Its heard to describe but its just such a good song that is powerful and just something about it makes it amazing. Its hard to pinpoint it for me too, its just SO good, i love the tempo, the beat, the vocals, everything! Definitely makes me more of a fan then ever before, I hope they keep coming to KCONs (which they probably will) !!!

Watching this after your Talk&Talk reaction. This video made me a fromis_9 fan 2+yrs ago. I couldn’t get the lalalovebomb out of my head back then and I knew I just had to download the song.
Since I have only been active in the kpop community for about two years or so, I never really found a group i LOVED. I originally was into twice, buying each of their albums and listening to them (I still love them btw) However recently my interest died down and I stopped buying their albums. However, I did watch Idol school, infact I really enjoyed the clips I watched online. I was disappointed when some of the girls I really liked din't get into the group but I still followed the group. I watched Fromis_ House, and got to know them and then Glass shoes came out. I knew at this moment I loved this group.
DAMN FROMIS 9 ARE BEAUTIFUL. Their music is beautiful, each member is beautiful and I love them. Honestly when PD started crying cause of Love bomb... A mood. Hopefully they get a lot more recignition beacuse of gyuri on PD48. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

i had the exactly same reaction to the chorus i teared up especially at the last chorus! the bridge to the final chorus is also incredible with the synth build up. it’s even more emotional when you watch the live and the loud cheering at the end... it sounds so cinematic and nostalgic it’s beautiful

The thing is almost every one of them is a vocalist but yet different from one and another, seoyeon is had this really unique raspy voice, jiwon is really good at fasleto, gyuri is almost like a classical voice, hayoung can take that high note really easy, even nakyung improve her singing since the absence of gyuri on dkdk, and jisun calm and dreamy voice of her
I love that chorus backing track, those electronic sounds and guitar pieces really make it interesting for me to listen to and it's super addictive.
