Its cheap so some of those ft are for higher specs, i feel it really good for the price i mean the bass battery life even the connection to itel devices is quite okay
@@ozigbochidinma7145 you should be able to get warranty from Itel by contacting them directly. If that doesn’t work out, you probably will have to buy another pair (funny enough, only one earbud is currently working for me too)
