I have been trying to teach myself for the past year-ish and your videos are super helpfull. I do have one question, sometimes when I try to catch the end of the club (which i have heard your supposed to do but im not sure about), it just bounces out of my hand. Any pointers on how to make that not happen?😊
yes, it's best to try to catch the clubs by the end as much as possible. from what you're describing, i think you might be closing your hand just a little too late (which is why the clubs are bouncing out of your hands). really practice the timing of catches and your reaction time. one thing I like to do is give someone my clubs, have them hold them by the heads, and tap your quickly hands with the ends (if that makes sense lol). i find this helps improve your reaction time with clubs, specifically for catching the ends of the clubs. hope this helps!
