Arina AVERINA (RUS) scored 26.200 (E. 8.8, D. 17.4) with hoop, 29.200 (E. 9.3, D. 19.9) with ball, 28.400 (E.9.4, D 19.0) with clubs and 25.300 (E. 9.3, D. 16.0) with riboon for a total score of 109.100 in the all-around final... 1st place and European All-Around Champion!

In the first one, she smiled the whole performance, then afterward, you could see the stress on her face, because it wasn’t over yet. My goodness, I can’t imagine the stress and nerves she experienced. She performed incredibly under intense pressure. That ribbon performance? I just- My jaw literally dropped. So much talent and hard work. I wonder how many hours she dedicates to practicing. Just, wow. Speechless.
If you knew what girls like her have to go through to reach this level...They are being shouted and sweared at, plus loads of injuries and diet restrictions. But the result is beautiful to watch, I agree!

Everyone commenting on her talent but not how stressed she looks. Such high pressure. Such a powerful woman.
It's so incredible how outstanding her performance was despite how much stress she was under!

The stress management is one of the most important skills for gymnasts. Maybe the most important one. She really is extraordinary.
How incredible she managed the stress too. She has the ability to do it.. many athletes threw the towel…
It was the Enropean Chapigonship. So yes the pressure may be on (Stress). But that stress presure is not going to be an obsticle. Clearly whilst there it was not going to get in her way. Of course with many top of the workld chanpignonships there is the pressure. But that is what sometimes makes it so rewarding and such an exhilarating experience for the preformer. If the sport was hum-drum and boring they most likely would not do it as the stress may over balance the scales to make it not worth it. But they love what they do and get massive amounts of pleasure. That over powers the strsss. Where it didn't we do not see the gymnasts. The stress may be nail bitingly awsome. Any mistake or wrongly placed footing and the preformer could be in a wheel chair the next 10 years. But the same could happen eatting cornflaks. So the stress is not that great. Not as great as the stuppendous achivement. Just my opinion.
As a very average person, I don’t understand how this is humanly possible? Did she swing the hoop around her head and grabbed it with her foot? How does that work? Just wow! Amazing young lady!

I have to say as someone who never watched rhythmic gymnastics before 2020 Olympics I was absolutely blown away by the sport by far my new favourite event in the the Olympics
These women are fricking amazing. I cannot even believe the amount of things they require them to do to earn this medal. It is insane. Beyond well done. Kudos. 👏 👏 👏 💯 💕💗💗❤️❤️

I couldn't catch a cold let alone a ball, batons, a hula hoop........she was phenomenal. She should be so proud of herself and all her hard work. Memorizing.

This is the most pleasing form of ALL gymnastics. A pure joy to watch, and incredible skills. I don't know how they are able to throw things so high in the air and catch them so accurately.

WOW! She has had more "crowd pleasing" routines in the past but these are just incredible! So many elements! The difficulty, complexity and execution is unreal. I always look forward to the replay so I can see how many little movements I missed haha! I wish the slomos were included in the video.

Someone has been working with them on flexibility since they were babies. I’m a twin, and I know it felt so awesome for the sisters to stand next to each other on the podium. Notice how they chatted at the end. Naturally!
Still can't believe human body cant do this , the level of practice she had and patience with so much pressure what a beautiful performance .
So elegant, almost magical. The setting does the athletes and their magnificent talent no favors... They should be competing in a Royal palace.
Arina is so amazing! So glad she is receiving the recognition she deserves. All of those gymnasts are fantastic!

Haha they are identical and very difficult to tell apart. Dina’s eyes and eyebrows are set a little closer together so that’s the main way I can distinguish them. Also Arina has a higher pitched voice than Dina. But yeah they’re very identical

She just looks to me like a young lady who has to be so fiercely committed to every tiny teeny little detail of performance after performance that she may not look as approachable as she'd like to in her, what I would imagine, exhausted state. I agree she had amazing performances. She expects perfection of herself and seems incredibly hard on herself for any deduction. I can't imagine the pressure!!
