Hi mate l just love the way create your journals, and how lucky was I to be awake at that time. Every page is stunning, thank you so much for your talent and creativity with us all every journal you make is such a inspiration. Looking forward to seeing your next ones, thank you so much and take care my friend 🤗❤️
I'm doing the same. And as for plants. I'll be purchasing seeds for we have a new home built so I will be spending some money in that area. Glue of course, however due to health I've not crafted. So plenty there.
I just love your videos I agree with what you have said I have so much craft stuff that I should use but even time I see something new I think I need it that it will help me do better, but your book is always beautiful, I need to use up my stuff,I really love your style,
Thank you so much ☺️ I’m the same, I get so excited when I see new goodies I have not got, and trying to stay of vintage stuff on eBay is not easy 😉 so we will see but going to try to challenge myself 🤞😂
Oh Heidi... this book is just fabulously lovely! You really inspire me! I have difficulty being free and "random" with my work... I am too orderly! I am working on a Woodland themed journal right now and want to use fibres and fabric to mimic the forest. I am also working on a journal for my dear friend and needed more ideas to incorporate lace, doilies, etc. The tags are a perfect way for me to do this, so I can accomplish something small and build up my confidence. I also appreciate your idea for a "no spend" year. I could certainly do a lot with what I have but being bored with Covid always leads to more digitals! Thank you so much Heidi! I look forward to seeing the books you are working on, and I am going to go back and watch some of your previous videos. The fairy one was enchanting! Take good care! 😊 Laurel 🇨🇦 💖
Thank you so much, I’m so glad I have given you some ideas 🥰 just relax and play, making some mess can have surprising results. My crafting collection has grown over the years, it is time to try and actually use it 😂😉
Such a beautiful journal! One of my hopes this year is to purchase one of your journals. That was a goal before I found out that I'm mostly Scots (thank you Ancestry DNA) and now I'm even more determined. All that to say, this is a lovely journal and congratulations to the lucky person who purchased it. Thank you, Heidi, for sharing your lovely creations with us.
Hi Heidi, lovely to see you back with another gorgeous journal!!! And it’s beautiful!!!!Im currently doing the 52 tag challenge and it’s so much fun and I’m learning so much by having a go. I love all of your collages and your fabric tags and envelopes are adorable!!, Stay safe and well my friend, hugs xx❤️😊🍄
Another gorgeous little book. I really think one of your books needs to come and live in New Zealand. 🤣I keep missing out. I have never bought another makers journal before, I’m going to see if I can snaffle one of yours 😀.
"When you do a video words just disappear out of your head!" Lol. :-) I thought it was just me!!!! This is a gorgeous journal. Absolutely lovely. Take care. xo
Beautiful... the slow stitching is nice. When you do the tags.. are you gluing them on the card or paper or hand sewing them on then backing it with paper. . Always love seeing your work.
Thank you 😊 I have been sewing the tag together first then gluing the fabric to the paper 👍 as long as you use a nice thick linen base the glue doesn’t show through 👍
I can"t say enough good things about your work. Your journals are so special. I Love vintage lace and linens, so I appreciate all the beautiful things you create.
Hi Heidi, I hope you are doing well. This is such a lovely journal. I’ve been enjoying revisiting your video flip throughs. I just love your style of layering. You are so inspiring! I don’t even know how many times I’ve watched the “Wee Bunny” journal flip through. lol You mentioned that you were going to work on Tim Holtz fabric journals next. Has that been fun? I’ve been keeping an eye out for those because I’d love to hold one of your lovely journals in my hands, especially a Tim Holtz one. I’m a little bit of a TH addict. lol. You’ve been missed! Wishing you the best!
Thank you so much, I’m sorry I missed your comment till now. Ha ha I have tried to add some Tim holtz to my new books but so difficult not to hoard it, I’m definitely getting better at using it 👍
I wonder..how do you attach the fabric cover to the hard cover? I want to make one but am nervous about glue seeping through the lace. P.s. I hope your health journey is still going well🥰
@@RunninUpThatHillh thank you, I’m doing well, will be back in the new year with books again ☺️ I use fabri tac glue sparingly, smoothing out any lumps so it doesn’t bleed through but I think the fact I stitch all the lace to a base layer of fabric is the main reason I don’t get any glue coming through, the fabric part of the cover is quite a few layers by the time I am glueing it to the hard cover 👍
Love your lace album...
Thank you so much 😊
Your journal is exquisite, the collages, the smallest details the laces the whole thing, i am lost for words, stunning😀🪲
Thank you so much 😊

Thank you so much and welcome ☺️
I didn't hear where those teeny bull nose clips came from?? It's gorgeous, good inspiration for a friend. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you, the wee clips are Tim holtz, they hold something to the page really well considering their size 👍
Lovely Heidi!!! I love how you recycled the vintage box paper! And, the vintage laces are just scrumptious! 💕
Thank you ☺️ I had to use it somewhere, such lovely old paper 😁
