It is laughable to first see all the warnings about "disturbing pictures" and "viewer discretion" only to realize later that most of the footage is blurred.

For those of you who don't understand: the Ukrainian soldier was shouting "surrender, come out with your hands up and you will live". They refused - they got shot. End of the story.
The russians probably do not understand that concept seeing as they would be shot by their own army if they retreat from a hopeless situation. They are completely mindF8cked.

The soldier who got this footage deserves to have his film aired as it was shot. I’ve seen the original and this edited version makes little sense. The Russians got surprised and come barrelling out right into the Ukrainians. No chance...Nasty but necessary. Victory to Ukraine’s brave fighters, they’ve go my respect.

You can find the actual video. They weren't shooting "dead" Russians. The Ukrainians invaded the trench from the rear and caught the Russians off guard. About 3-4 Russians are ambushed and killed in the footage (the 21 second mark had one Russian lean around the corner and he was shot dead. They are all caught completely off guard. The last and 4th Russian literally comes creeping around the corner and he looks at the Ukrainian for a split second like, "I have made the biggest mistake of my life" before he too is shot dead.

Trench clearing must be one of the most harrowing forms of combat. For as much as this war has shown modern tactics like drone warfare, it's quite telling how many decisive moments are played out with "old school" combat scarcely seen since WWII.

It was Ukrainian special forces. Ukraine has changed their tactics from tanks and bradleys. To light vihicles like humvees and mraps. Faster vehicles to flank and get behind the enemy. Its what happened here, the russians were caught completely off guard when SF hopped in the trenches with them. Awesome work

I saw the uncensored version and very dramatic how these poorly trained Russian soldiers get kill by the better trained and equipped Ukranians, they just literally run toward the Ukranians just to get killed very dramatic and sad .

What is wrong with some of the people on here. Despite everything the troops on both sides are ordinary human beings with families that love them. These sort of scenes are playing out every day with Russians storming Ukrainian trenches as well. I recently saw some footage of a Ukrainian soldier , lying face down making the most hysterical sounds being dragged to his feet by an officer. The look of absolute terror on this guys face. Slavic brothers killing each other. I despair for humanity when I read ignorant and hateful comments like yours. I just hope idiots like you are in the minority.

This uncensored footage is incredible. It’s terrible, absolutely terrible, but it’s unbelievable look at close combat footage. The last guy who goes down doesn’t even look like he has a uniform. Between his attire and his clear lack of training he probably came straight from his hometown to the front line.

All I can think is that they were tired of life and wanted to die. Ukraine just doing what they have to do to free up their territory. Just use the grey matter in between your ears to work this out for yourself. It's not exactly rocket science! The Ukrainians had no intention of taking prisoners and who can blame them. How can you take prisoners in a trench network where, you can't see around the corner and have to make a decision in the split second the enemy comes into view. Make the wrong decision in such a highly charged situation and it could be your last. This video shows the brutality of trench warfare which is being played out. Nothing else. It doesn't prove Ukraine are pushing the Russian army out of Ukraine. There are other Ukrainians, in Crimea and the Donbas region that are involved in the fighting the regime in Kyiv and have been since 2014. Are they deserving of some virtue signalling Slava Ukraines. It seems some Ukrainians more deserving than others?

I've seen the actual video, they are not shooting already dead soldiers. Those are guys they just killed clearing the trench. It's always different when you cut out the very first parts of the video and only show them on the ground.
