If not it’ll end in a draw or BF winning with his ability to just continually repeating the fight after death. And the question is can it copy outside sources like the chaos emeralds or anything else, We don’t know if Dark Sonic in this canon had the emeralds on him or not. (EDIT) And to add onto this, you have to keep BF in a like permanent combo to stop BF to echo your ability and it isn’t possible because if you let up, kill, or any outside third party stopping you will give BF the time to echo the ability. In the end it’s a lose lose situation if a character end up fighting Echo BF. The only characters that can stop him is by an ability to stop the echo or reset of BF’s ability’s, or mentally destroy BF so he won’t keep on resetting the fight over and over.

It’s not like BF hasn’t been in fights before, so I don’t put it past him knowing how to use the Dark form to a certain extent, but with way less mastery that the original owner.

That means Dark Sonic is about the same strength as Super. The only setback is that the power mainly comes from Sonic's anger.
