I created my own pillow niche website. So, I would write my own articles on my own website. I would have a "Best Thin Pillows" review article and my pillow product would be one of the top recommendations. Etc.
I think Amazon FBA is MUCH more difficult than it used to be...mainly due to increased competition and increased fees. I think you need a somewhat unique product and better marketing. While possible, I think it would be much harder to find a product like I did that you could just use Amazon SEO and Google SEO to "win". You typically need a bit more creative marketing nowadays.
There is none. This video looks phoney from the get go, the script has obviously been generated by AI. If a pillow business generated that much profit it would make no sense wasting time making yt videos. The only real business this guy has and promotes is Link Whisper but that one is nowhere near as successful as his first business which was Longtailpro, and the typical "how to make money online" side hustle which is oversaturated nowadays. I like this guy nevertheless but lets admit, creating online businesses is harder than telling others how to create online businesses.

And as I researched I saw that TONS of others called them thin pillows as well. And so when TONS of people search on amazon (and Google) for a "thin" pillow and nothing shows up...that's opportunity. And also for the record, there were very few "low profile" pillows on Amazon at the time as well.

Dude I'm the exact same way with pillows. I wish I had known about your company. My go-to has been the $5 pillow IKEA sells up until now.
Maybe I should have kept the business and just grown it! There are now lots of competitors on amazon selling thin pillows though.
