Wow, I 'wish I'd seen this earlier. Our entire yard is failing due to chlorosis. We've lost trees, shrubs and flowers over it this year. Thanks so much for explaining the problem and providing a solution. I'll jump on it and hope to save the rest of our plants. Great video!
Thank you for the information. I didn't realize this was the problem in many areas of my garden. My other problem is my hosta leaves are turning white. Not sunburn, but changing colour to white. I'll keep researching thanks
I m from India and my soil is very high ph so get mee solution from ferric clorosis .. I have a grapes so please share your experience please i requested to you
I am taking what your taught me today and apply it to our Citrus 🍋🍊 trees. They have yellowing leaves with green veins too. I give the citrus trees Alaska Fish Fertilizer here and there and I believe it has been raising the PH. Also in the past I fed the trees Potash from our firepit. I know that raised the PH. I'm off to Lowe's or Home Depot now to get some Iron Sulfate or Sulphur. Thanks so much. Jeff - Sunny Central Florida 😎🙏👍☀️

Don't label ur vid "how to treat calories" if it's gonna take u more than half the video to get to how to actually do it nobody wants to hear u talk we want the answer that ur title says it will give. Be more to the point
Idk man part of treatment us identifying the problem. If treating chlorosis you need to know how to identify it for sure. Not everyone knows. Just skip to the part where she is talking about the part you want to know. That's what I did. Took 3 seconds.
She's making a video, not giving a 5 second answer. She has a great conversationational style that many people love. If you just want a simple minded answer Google chlorosis and read yourself. Plus, stop using "ur", it sounds ignorant.
U of Illinois ag dept web.extension.illinois.edu/focus/index.cfm?problem=chlorosis says, identify what kind of chlorosis first. Iron deficiency caused chlorosis affects younger leaves first, then spreads to older. Zinc or manganese deficiency starts in larger, older leaves first, spreads to younger. Interesting read.

This is a very helpful video on identifying chlorosis and how to treat it. I also like your clear and upbeat presentation. Thank you!
Thank you for the video. Is there an at-home soil test you can recommend for assessing pH and nutrient levels?
How often do we add iron. Once a month? Or just once in spring?
How often does iron tone need to be applied ?
Very helpful and well explained.

Wish you came on and answered questions. :) How long before you notice Iron-Tone working?
Much appreciated, but i'm confused! If the ph is high, how does adding iron help? Did I miss something? TIA.
You can also use sweepings from any welding or metal shop to add iron to your garden for free :)
Would that work? It makes sense .
My geranium leaves are the opposite. Yellow veins.

There?
What product did you use? Next time either add a link or show the product clearly.
She used Iron-tone: www.espoma.com/product/iron-tone/
Rude.. don't order people what to do. It's pretty easy to figure out. Just Google it.
The stuff you are using is very expensive. I wonder who can afford it ...
Check out a local metal shop, they will often let you have a bag of metal sweepings for free, which is Iron.
I don’t know what your definition of expensive is, but you can buy it at Walmart for $11:45/ 5 lb.bag. So worth it for my plants!
@@Homerunhazel I'd be concerned of pets or children somehow getting the shavings embedded into paws/feet or hands.
