Hello, I have tried to contact your customer support by email and by phone during business hours several times but I never get an answer. What's the deal? I would like to buy the X9 Max but first I need to know what the max load is for the rider, your website gives conflicting information (100kg, 125kg and 150kg). Which is correct? I have had the X8 Pro (through TurboAnt) for a couple of years and it can carry 125kg. I need this as I am a larger rider (195cm, 218kg). Can the X9 Max carry at least this much weight?
Also, I live in the EU. If I buy an extra battery does it ship from China or Germany? This is important because I don't want to get charged outrageous duties on a 345eu battery shipping from China. I would really appreciate a reply as I can't get a hold of anyone through your customer support network for answers.
