You always want to use Basiltrice on the opponent's turn to Link summon. Don't Link summon turn 1 unless you have no choice. This way you can pop a monster with Serziel equipped with Selene, then you can use Basilitrice to go into Zerrziel or Gorgon, and then equip Selene to it using Unleashed in GY. This gives you another pop or negate. You can take this one step further, as you can often get 2 level 3's on board, to go into D/D/D Darius and overlay for Machinex, which gives you two more interrupts. Once you detatch Basiltice from Machinex, it goes to the GY, where you can then Sp Summon it and use its effect to link summon. Putting up 4+ interrupts easily and consistently. Gossip Shadow also works as a Rank 3 XYZ, as well as Ashura King up that comes up less often (2 card combos only).
For the first combo, dont summon the lvl 3 on your turn, do it on your opponent turn. Reason being, you first use serziel effect to pop, this also plays around drnm. So you get 2 interruptions instead of 1. Also, it gives you the flexibility to go into the link 2 or 3.
Well done video. I might have to try this deck out. I’m impressed a rogue deck has such a solid 1 card combo. And the interactions seem especially good for this format.
Can i give you a task lol is it possible to work on a spyral and or gravekeeper build? They are my favorite decks and building it as been a little hard but not impossible. Just want to see how you could play these decks as well.
Definitely! I have a current list I’m working on, but give me time to learn and build them. I’d say I can drop one of these in March and another in April. I’ll do a combo video then a profile and do them as most competitive as I can!
@@HouseofCardsTCG You should get out of the box, I know many use it as a helmet deck, but it has much more potential, most only see the tip of the iceberg.
@@HouseofCardsTCG I've seen some evil eye labyrinth, I don't have much money, if I had I would have already uploaded a version. On my channel I only have 1 version of "pure" evil eye Evil Eye Puppeter (I forgot the Cyber dragon) pupeter is because it takes control for the link ladder, not because of another archetype.
I don’t think the deck is that great. Evil eye is tough to compete with decks now a days, evenly definitely crushes it. It doesn’t do well with baked breakers and kaijus.
Agreed; I've been an evil eye player since it came out. Backrow can ruin it all, but if you get fortunate enough, one of the familiars protects selene (except from evenly). The new support makes this deck playable as a rogue deck.

Very nice! I appreciate the advice! Thank you for watching
Y en lugar de buscar defeat que use mesmerism y robe un mono del oponente para hacer link con ese mono
Also Kurikara can break this board but it is what it is..
@@elrotteno kurikara breaks a lot of boards. Nothing is safe from everything, you can always find cards that deal with any board or strategy..
@@melvinbrookins6313 Yeah it's crazy if it's not one thing it's the other and if my opponent has the out then they were destined to win I guess lol
Thank you so much, very good explaination.
This deck has been around for a long time. Glad to see Konami giving it support.

It does seem really good! I plan to drop a competitive deck profile for it next week. Thank you for watching!
Serziel is INSANE
One card combo!
On bro
Serziel is BROKEN
Needs a Starlight print to match its fellow Link 2

waitwaitwait so did I understand something wrong or can you chain block unleashed with basiltrice?
It’s not a chain block. You opponent would have a chance to respond
@@HouseofCardsTCG ah alright gotcha, thanks for responding, great video btw!
Cyclone be looking at u dirty
yeah it is!!
En la tienda en que jugaba yo cuando nadie usaba cyclon empezaron a usarlo por mi (cuando apenas salió Infinity chasers)
Don’t summon under gorgon. Could het popped
Good point! Thank you!
Pense que habia un combo interesante ... Me equivoqué. Bueno está mejor que otros profile que eh visto
Its fairly linear. I wish it wasn't. There's only a handful of lines with this deck.

@@HikiGames2596 I actually have built a Labrynth Evil Eye I was going to show on the channel. Not so linear and has a lot of potential

Decklist?
I just posted an Evil Eye Labrynth deck profile. If you want to stay pure, just take out the labrynth cards for more traps or hand traps
doesnt this deck just die to 1 backrow removal or evenly?

A nexus played jesus fing Christ
Nexus is great when you have a family and multiple businesses and not a ton of time to spend on DB, but need to prepare for a tourney
