I love her liners -- I have them all. The Sea Grey and Ash are musts. Get them! The Sea Grey is magical it truly lights up the eye, and it blends beautifully. The Ash is sooty and has a tinge of warmth. I love it with Quartz. Sadly those rubber tips kill my lashline, so I use the tiny Rephr #23 with these. Love the looks you did, very pretty!

I love both these VBs and the Chanel Stylo Yeux. They both perform differently for me day-to-day, so it just depends on the day which ones I grab. I have clear, coppery brown eyes and the VB Navy is SO flattering on me. Thanks for the setting spray tip.

I absolutely love these eyeliners. They are amazing. I have maturing skin and where i used liquid liner in my 20s and 30s i find that doing a smokey liner is more flatteing to my texture as i approach my 50s. This kajil liner is by far the best for that mokey eyeliner look. I had not seen many people talking about it so i decided to search it out and i found you. Thank you for sharing and giving me a few more ways to use these amazing pencils. I have almost all of them and have replaced my black and cocoa many times as those are what i reach for most. Im so excited to use some of these tricks with all the other colors. Thanks!

I have this liner in bronze and brown and I wish it lived up to the hype on my eyes! I find it so incredibly high maintenance - if I put it in my upper waterline, it stains my lower waterline; if I put it anywhere else, it smudges. It takes forever to set and it does move. Maybe it's my eyes, I don't know. I prefer the Chanel Stylo Yeux since it seems to last longer, but it only wears in the waterline for a couple hours before fading into the lash line. If anyone has any tips on how to make these last, please let me know!
@@CHERIVOYAGEI do use both Chanel and these together. They are my favorite liners sand combined perfection. Nothing lasts a long time on my eyes and the do last. I do line my upper waterline and let it sort of transfer to my lower and then use a shadow to set and it works great for me. Btw i have all Chanel liners as well as VB😊
@@CHERIVOYAGE Thank you for these additional tips! Both the video and your advice here are super helpful, I'll give these techniques a try. My hope is also to find something that lasts all day in the lower waterline when I do something like a reverse cat eye (which works great for me since I have a heavy curtain of skin around my eye that closes it almost completely making a regular cat eye impossible). I found that Chanel Yeux in metallic colors does move into the lash line from the waterline, and the only one from that line that stays for a decent chunk of time is the matte Espresso color.
Thank you Cheri for recommending CD Forever Fresh foundation and concealer in your other video, I have dry skin, wasted lots of money and time on "hydration" foundation (By Terry, Vitalumiere, CT Flawless) , threw many bottles away. Finally found something that looks dewy on my skin. Thank You! Your video on Chanel concealer and Les Beiges hydration foundation also saved me from wasting money, as I was just about to try out another supposedly hydration formula. The problem with those liquid foundation, which claims to be hydrating, baffles me as when the liquid sinks in or evaporate from skin, it looks like foundation has "broken up" looks cakey or spotty on skin, not hydrating at all. Your honest opinion is so helpful : )

Glad they work for you. I don’t think the claim should be waterproof. I feel like I have to smudge these like you say for them to work. Not for the waterline in my opinion.

For someone who can’t wear much in water line (after I turned 60, I’m 61)😮😮 😂 for some reason I get these white things which I have never had before. I know TMI , but the VB IS SO CREAMY And glides. I can see where some smudge. The Chanel are drier so I think you need to work a little some thing with the VB. To stop it from smudging is all. Preference for some. Thank you for this. I have the Chanel stylo pencils but they leave this weird pink color at the edges of the liner! I have tried all sorts of things to get rid of it but I can't figure it out! Every heard of this? Any tips? It's two colors so I think it might just me? Ty!
Help needed! My satin kajal liner tip broke off the first time I used it (it is very soft). I cannot find a way to wind or push up more product. Surely there must be more product in the tube than just the soft tip? Otherwise, why supply a sharpener with it? I love the colours but clearly will not order more if all there is of the product is the tiny cone/tip which broke off.
What you did with these liners look amazing on you. I had surf side in my basket, but now I don’t think I am going to purchase it. Too many negative comments on these. The liners sound fussy. I’ll stick to my Sephora eye contour liners. I do love the VB bronzer though, and I’m curious about her lipglosses.

I am highly disappointed with these eye liners. They don’t stay at all, fade in a few hours…and totally not worth the price point. For $32 it should be better quality.
Sorry to hear that, they are my go-to for me and when I am on set, great eyeshadow bases and even eyeshadow, but I understand that they are creamy and move around a bit. A suggestion, add a little shadow on top to set the eyeliner, you can even use a little face powder :)

Linda Halberg’s pencils work very well in my waterline and do not smudge. I find the VBs are high maintenance as well.

I love my 7£ revlon so fierce vinyl eyeliner they stay like an cement on my waterline and eyelid’s
I love the VB eyeliners, but they break easily because they are too soft. For this reason, I prefer the Chanel ones.

Great but nobody shows the full blending or flick with the sponge. It just doesn’t work. So how do you actually do it?
The vb liners are phenomenal and they're only budge proof for like 30 seconds otherwise they last a solid 14hrs
