@rabs1440 me neither. Even Huda is discontinuing her larger palettes. I was never a large eyeshadow palette girly bit there is a sadness that larger palettes are of the past. Maybe in the future the trend will pick up again.

I'm literally waiting for Orchid to arrive so thank you for the video. I wish it was more pigmented, but, like you said, I might wait for the sale and get fig as well and use them together.
Fig is a beautiful shade but has disappointed many, myself included. It's a difficult shade for brands to get right. Mine can look patchy over the lid and isnt as creamy. So caution when you buy it. The combination of the two is stunning though! Using them together is not a bad look!
Thank you for reviewing! I wonder if Orchid's depth is similar to Bronze or Cinnamon? I really enjoy those two because they are not too deep. Copper is too light for me, so I use it on my bottom lash line only.
Cinnamon is deeper on the lids. It's light! I think the shimmers make it lighter. Without fig deepening it out I wouldn't have used it for my top liner. I have dark hair so it does contribute.
Thank you for these comparison swatches! I loove the VB eyeliners but I'm a bit worried orchid might be a tad too cool for me. These shades tend to go muddy on me sadly. I do wish she had made Cherry Blossom permanent though 💖 I'm over halfway through with mine!
Fair! It's so light in color. It was also a shock to me. Its beautiful but more visible on light skin tones

No, not typically. Also, I've never seen a holiday set before. Usually, the brand does release something right before the sale season starts. I remember in a previous year this was a lid lustre. Most of the time it is not limited edition. Like all brands, VBB is looking at its competition so I wouldn't be surprised if one day they will do something special for the holidays. Fingers crossed
Thanks for the review ! I have been getting into Fig and was so interested in Orchid, but disappointed that you find it so light. I was disappointed in a similar way with Cinnamon liner (and Shroom eyewear stick). … weird, just minutes before I watched this, I put on Tea Rose for the first time in ages (a bit dried out) and then used Fig! … I probably should use the kajal liners before the lid lustres!
Going to try the Orchid but will wait for free shipping, probably!

So sorry to disappoint! It was lighter than expected but it doenst have to be a deal breaker. I'd rather be honest. I loved the look in the end.

The best purple eyeliner I have is actually a liquid eyeshadow by violette FR. I have both the lilac and purple twinkle. The purple twinkle shade is the best purple deep eyeliner in my collection and the lilac is truly sickening. I have a demo of them

The Fig Kajal contains carmine, which is a coloring made by crushing the bodies of insects. It takes about 70,000 insects to produce a pound of carmine dye. It's very sad that people will turn a blind eye to the cruelty behind carmine just because they like a certain color of cosmetics. Fortunately, VBB did not use carmine in the production of the new Orchid Kajal Liner. Thank you for reviewing this new cruelty-free product.

@@sonia.butler I like Glossier's No. 1 Pencil in Rococo, which is an eggplant color. It's vegan and cruelty-free, and a very pretty deep purple color, although it's not great for tightlining.
@Runningbrook owhhhh ok ill check it out. I quite like the glossier brand but haven't tried a lot yet. But the brand has my interest for sure! Thanks for the recommendation
